First time needing work on my merc, dropped off in the morning, with some serious knocking/noises from the suspension, got them to check it out, they called me, let me know the parts, and the price, drove the car away in the afternoon, driving like new. Had a service and MOT with this company last week. Excellent quick efficient service at a good price. Only one down side, no coffee machine for customers and you have to walk a good distance to find one. OK for me but for older people may be an issue if your waiting a few hours.

I don't generally write reviews but quality should be recognised. Had an ESP fault on an E 250. Diagnostic checks carried out, fault identified, part ordered , delivered and fitted within the hour. I didn't know about this company before but will definitely be using them in future. Professional Dealership quality service at a competitive price. Highly recommend.

MB Bridgend failed to come back to me despite multiple phone calls, so decided I would use MB Specialists instead having drove past it a few times whilst on the estate. I've been having transmission issues, the gear changing up and down, up and down for no reason, and was advised to have a software update. MBS were helpful when booking the appointment, car was ready at lunchtime and was only a £42 fix. Have cancelled my MB Service Plan and will be using these moving forward.

been using the boyz for a good few years,found them to be good/honest/reliable/more than fair on prices,just had a full service,t/belt/water pump done/all jobs uploaded to my digital service record,its a shame that i lost my cool with david recently,100% my fault,ive lost a good garage and they lost a good cash payer,mark for me is the go to one,dont really know nigel,me and dai really never hit it off tbh,the boys that work there are real good boys,i havnt long had a stroke and say things that i really dont mean to say and that for me is where i get lost?,no compassion off dai,its just theres the door,take your car/pay yr bill and bye bye,even after that,they are still a top notch outfit and i have no hesitation in recomending them,thanks for the memories boys,astalavista,,,steve
