N. C.Exceptional service given. My son recommended Shaun to me when he had his RS3 and I had no hesitation in asking Shaun for his help with my car. Right form the first phone call Karen was very helpful, genuine and professional and arranged everything for my car to be repaired, serviced and air-con re-gassed and even for my car to be picked up and returned. Great communication too with all prices and details explained and agreed before any work started. Shaun’s a professional. If I’d gone to VW, no doubt it would have been 2 x the price, a lot of hassle and jobs done half as well - no thank you!! SAS, simply Awesome!!
A. B.I had suspension problem, Shaun quickly found that the rear subframe had cracked, this ment the car was unsafe.
Advised me to contact Mercedes as it was a known problem. Mercedes replaced the subframe FOC
