Super helpful and friendly. My van got stuck on a customer’s driveway during my delivery block, called Thomas Brothers who arrived within 15 minutes to tow me out. I can’t thank Kim and the lads enough. Highly recommend 👌

I never leave reviews and this review is very belated, but having driven passed there again this evening it prompted me to leave this review. Sometime back in 2019 I was passing through Coity on my way to the vets in Brackla with my beloved little dog and I got a flat just up the road, total stroke of luck it happened so close to this garage as I didn’t have a spare at that time. I stopped by there worrying that I’d be late for the vets and they were so kind and helpful. They didn’t have my size tyre but said they’d get one asap and very kindly offered to take me and my dog to the vets which was a couple of miles away and pick me up from there once the tyre was done. I can’t tell you how much their compassion meant to me at this time. I would have left the review sooner but unfortunately I ended up losing my dog to his illness soon after and so was too upset to function for a while. I don’t know what I’d have done that day without their help. They didn’t have to go out of their way like that and they wouldn’t even take any money for fuel. I can tell they are an honest, family run business and if I lived closer, I’d take my car there every time without question. Thank you for your kindness and impeccable service :)

Brilliant service, dropped in at 4.30pm with my van in limp home mode. Quickly found the fault and had the part ordered for the next morning. Part turned up 10am next day and they had me on the road again by 11am. Highly recommended.

Old school, and still providing quality service with a smile, when all others tend to leave a lot to be desired with regards to giving 100per cent to the paying public, Thomas brothers , offer a speedy but quality mot test with smiles coming at you from all staff members. They've got a returning customer here.
