I rang late morning concerned about my brakes making a terrible noise. I spoke with Dave, who was reassuring and asked me to bring the car to the garage and would complete a free brakes check. Turned out I needed new brake discs and pads, Dave was on it, I had my car back fixed and feeling like new within 3 hrs of making that call. I can honestly do say the service I received was top class, they made me feel comfortable and explained everything very clearly. I will be using These guys in the future. Thank you

After accidentally locking myself out of my car at the Tesco garage opposite Elite garages, James took time out of his days schedule to help me get back into my car. All my belongings were inside the car including my phone and I was a 3 hour drive from home so I would have been completely stranded without him. Couldn’t recommend this garage enough!

Needed a replacement tyre due to a puncture. They found a way to squeeze me in the same day which was greatly appreciated. They did the replacement quickly and were friendly with it. Also helped me understand why the kind of puncture I got happens. Can’t comment on the price - but I saved way more money by keeping on the move than I might have done if I had waited for anyone else, though I am sure they are competitive. The service level I got here is my main reason for recommending them.

Fast efficient service by James who kept me informed of what make of tyres were going on, their efficiency in water, their road holding and noise level output. Work was completed with the wheels being tightened to the correct torque and I was made aware of where my locking wheel nuts was put.I was also advised to have the tightness re-checked within 50miles. Good service. It was easy to book my MOT and service, as was dropping off and picking up my car. What was less good was that the staff left my steering wheel in locked mode (which I didn't know was a thing and so I spent 10 minutes trying to start my car) and the COVID proof sheet was left on my car seat, which I feel slightly misses the point of having put one on. That said, things were generally good and I'd be happy to go back to get more work done.

Well I wish they hadn't found so many things to fix £! When we took it for a service this time but they have always been helpful (previously provided us with some evidence we needed free of charge even though it wasn't technically their job), honest (previously didn't fix our breaks when we thought there was a problem and there wasn't.) and they were very prompt and efficient.

These guys are always polite, helpful and friendly. The MOT service is popular and fair. My favourite aspect of this garage has always been its tyre supply and fitting, good quality new tyres at a cheaper price. Servicing and mechanical work seems to be slightly more difficult than in past years and I believe this is due to a slight reduction in their workforce, unfortunately.

They are open and honest about what work really needs to be done - and what doesn't need doing. Jobs always end up costing what you were quoted (they've always done their homework to understand all the parts needed - no hidden surprises). I wouldn't go to any other garage in Brighton.

I've been using this garage for years now and every time something goes wrong with my beat up old car (and its nightmare exhaust) they've been incredibly helpful. James will thoroughly explain the problem with the car and they go as far as they can to try and fix the problem rather than charge you for work you might not need. They even turned me down for a set of new brake pads because another garage (*ahem* Halfords Autocentre) had wrongly told me they needed replacing them following a somewhat dodgy MOT. Would definitely recommend. Thoroughly decent chaps!
