R. E.The staff at Grants Garage were nothing less than amazing. After a complete flat battery on a Porsche Boxster S the bonnet release needed power from jump leads to unlock it to gain access to the battery. However it didn’t work on this occasion and we couldn’t get it open. There was also a problem with the release cable as it wasn’t releasing neither was the emergency pull cable. A nightmare as everything we tried just set the alarm off. So we rang Grants Garage and they arranged to get it recovered and had it fixed within hours replacing the broken parts and fitted a new battery. Great value and professional service by a family run business.

My car battery died on the morning I needed to get to an important work meeting and they offered to help me at the last minute without hesitation, even though it meant James had to walk to my car which was parked a 15 minute walk away. He got the car started and very patiently explained everything to me, even though it was obvious I know nothing about cars! Thank you James and all the staff there.
