Honest and transparent, good value and professional! First experience was over the phone about my tyre pressure light - helpful and willing to give advice for free. Someone took the time to talk me through everything. Second experience, after hearing from my brother in law that he uses them for his cars, I booked my MOT and service. Ended up cheaper than quoted as my car had a lifetime filter so they deduced cost of that part from the bill! Then very flexible and helpful when I needed to pick up late after work. My other half has since gone to them and also had a excellence customer service experience. More businesses should take example from Patcham Garage!

I booked an appointment to get my brakes replaced and left it for a while - had a phone call about 30 mins later from them saying that my breaks don’t need changing at all and told me I had a lot left in them..A normal garage would have changed it and charged me for it… not only that they also did some piling on the breaks and wouldn’t even accept a tip for their time. Honestly this garage is one of the best i’ve been to!! Will 100% recommend

Very happy with service I bought a lemon and these guys sorted it out for me new clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. Brake callipers replaced along with other work. Communication was perfect throughout whole process and fairly priced . I won’t use anyone else

I had a problem with the ABS (braking system.) The guys pre-warned me that it might be expensive and take some time to send faulty parts away for repair. They subsequently diagnosed the fault to be with faulty wiring / sensor at one wheel. It was fixed and saved a lot of time and money. Thank you guys - great service.

Took my Mazda mx5 here to have them fit an after market exhaust rear box and diffuser. They made an excellent job of it particularly as the diffuser wasn't a great fit and had to be modified. I drive a landrover and I needed my MOT and quick fit refused due to the "size" of my car. I luckily stumbled across this garage and OMG what a great find. Failed its mot and needed a load of labour intensive work done. Lee one of the mechanics really stepped up and beyond to get me my car back even though she had been fighting with him all day. Had the MOT and servicing of our two cars done here for the last two years since we moved to Patcham and they have always been a very professional, friendly, trustworthy business, that are great at communicating what's going on and when the work will be complete. A shame we only have one of those cars now! Would highly recommend to anyone in the Brighton and Hove area. Maybe an interior/exterior cleaning add-on might be a nice addition to the service (at an extra cost obviously)?

Very honest and polite (all of them, from who took my booking to the engineer who worked on my car). I brought my car there and unfortunately it did not pass the MOT, they showed me the options and explained me clearly the problems (it helped me a lot as English is no my first languages I was very impressed with it). Didn't push me to do unnecessary work or fix a lot of problem just to be able to pass the test. So I decided to sell the car and I didn't spend money. Also, very kindly they give me a lift at home. For sure a will go back there with my next car.

Kris and his team are the 21st century version of the old village garage. A text reminder for the MOT is a great touch as its so easy to forget. They are totally straight decent guys who seem to work quickly and charge a very reasonable rate . which is a fraction of scary main dealer prices. Finding Patcham Garage has been a really big help with our vehicle maintenance.

I have been using Patcham Garage for about ten years exclusively, they have a great team with expert knowledge, and if they dont know soemthing they will do all they can possible to help point you in the right direction and or suggest an alternative. I have just recently had a full service on my Toyota Avensis 1.6 deisel (Taxi), and it only cost me £150 which is outstanding value, lee one of the mechanics also picked me up from my home when the car was ready for me to collect.
