My car was recently repaired at T.Reeve&son Ltd, through my insurance and the whole process was very smooth, I was kept informed with regular updates and the repair was finished quicker than I expected. My car was collected and returned by the same driver at the arranged time and now the repairs been sorted you wouldn't know it had been in an accident. Third party in an accident - side of my BMW was smashed in. T Reeves did a fantastic job on the body work, couldn't tell there was an accident (I don't know how they do it) and the paint work is excellent. Had some private stuff done while it was in, some other scratches fixed and my wheels refurbed and painted, few issues, all resolved the next day by T Reeves. Would happily use again - much better than the last body shop I got put in as a third party (when someone smashed the front off my car). Car is a bit like triggers broom now but at least it looks nice :)

How refreshing to find someone who is willing to carry out a five minute job without scheduling it in or making a meal out of it. Leon polished scratch marks out of My Alfa Romeo Mito while I waited. I had driven over to obtain a quote. This would have been an insurance claim but keeping it simple and keeping costs down keeps our premiums lower. Great service. I'll be back if ever the need arises for work to be done.

Ignore my previous review I now find that my car hasn't been repaired properly my indicator is falling off and I was told that I would get a Hyundai wing on my car but it is not an hyundai wing. I went to a Hyundai garage to get some scratches repaired and they told me that the repair you did was not done properly My car has now been repaired to a high standard. It has a new wing on and all the scratches have been erased. I am very pleased with the work done and can recommend T Reeves highly

I have to say, I'm surprised by the negative reviews this business has received. I realised 2 days late my MOT had expired and this happened to be the only garage available next day via bookmygarage.com. I was so desperate that I booked it without checking the reviews and I'm really glad that I did because I may not have used them. I cannot fault the service and care given to me to be honest. They had the opportunity to fail my van, try to rip us off and myself and my partner had prepared to drive away with a failed MOT and find an alternative garage for a 2nd opinion. The OPPOSITE occurred. We were due to fail on a broken light which they restored free of charge (They clearly empathised with the clear amount of stress I was under at the thought of failing) and rightly initially failed but immediately passed my van for no extra charge. They didn't ask for a review, but it is a pleasure to pass on my experience and encourage others to try T Reeve's. After having an awful experience today at an alternative garage for a service I had booked prior to my MOT, who made me wait 2 hours just to say their mechanic had 'gone home sick', I will be making a call to T Reeve's next week to get my service done by them. Their office space was nicer than any mechanic's/car shop's I've ever come across! No cracked, aged sofa in sight - just stylish, comfortable seating and a welcoming receptionist who invited us to sit inside after the local cafe had closed early. Both of the mechanics who I spoke to were very friendly, one cheerfully advising us on arrival to bell if there was nobody at reception, and the other who dropped our van back off and complimented the condition of the van and the conversion we have completed. I really hope these guys can get their reviews up because they deserve a much better rating from our experience! Thanks again - we'll be back!

Carlsberg don't do Car & Bodywork repairs, but if they did... I have been thoroughly impressed by all the staff at T Reeves and Son, not to mention the excellent quality of the work they did on my car after a shunt which left the front of my car badly damaged. Naturally, I was disappointed after being involved in an RTI that was not my fault; there's probably a little bit of doubt in all of us that the car will never be the same after an accident, but I have to say any fears I may have had have completely evaporated, thanks to T Reeves & Son. The car has been restored to pristine condition and I felt like I was going to pick up a brand new car, because that what my Audi A7 looked like when these guys had finished. From the outset, their customer service was excellent and Rebecca in Reception couldn't have been any more helpful. The Workshop Manager, Paul and Ian, the Damage Assessor, were brilliant and clearly take a great deal of pride in what they do. Overall, I could not recommend T Reeve & Son highly enough and would have no hesitation in referring anyone to them for car & bodywork repairs. Thank you all so very much for a great job.

The Repair they did was done nicely 👌. Sadly not completed due to other party insurance company worming there way out of full repair (not t.reeves fault). I would give 5 stars But sadly found today drivers side storage compartment broken . As I cant prove that it was not already done. Im having to repair at my own expense now. A review in the middle. The end result was a good one but there is a bolt missing (not the end of the world) and have now noticed the new headlight is a different bulb colour to the old so I will be replacing both bulbs. The biggest issue was that I had to refuse the car on 2 occasions as the work was not to the level it should have been. In fairness to all staff involved they recognised the errors and were happy to rectify but my car was with them just over 4 weeks. They were kind enough to reduce my cost as compensation. I am fussy and I admit this but for the repair cost I shouldn't have to push back. I am not sure I would use again but at the same time would no deter others as the end result is a good one.

My car needed a new door and I was referred to Reeves by my insurers. My worry was having the car quickly repaired in time for a motoring holiday less than a fortnight away. Shaun Keeley appreciated my worry and so he assessed the car on Friday, ordered the necessary parts which arrived on Monday, the car went to their workshop on Tuesday and I collected the fully repaired car today (Thursday). As far as I am concerned this was outstanding service. Incidentally I approached 2 other workshops, neither of which expected to be able to agree my tight schedule.

I have a Transit Custom and the sliding side door was letting in water and wouldn't close properly. I was perfectly prepared to shell out for new running gear and seals. The guy at reception, a perfect gent, got his wrench out and spent 20 minutes adjusting and tweaking - then bingo - everything ran smooth as you like. Brilliant. The thing is, he didn't charge me! Now don't go in thinking you're hoping to get a free repair, I doubt that will happen, but I know where I'm going next time I need a garage. Many thanks guys.

Fantastic job. After somebody drove into my parked car, causing serious damage without leaving any details; I decided to get as many quotes as possible from different companies. T.Reeves was the best price by 2/3s in comparison to one quote I got given, so I couldn’t decline. As well as a good price, the work completed was brilliant and my car looks as good as new. Brilliant service. I took my car to T.Reeve & Son for it's MOT on a freinds recommendation. It's a 20 year old Ford Focus with some noticable knocks & rattles, so unsurprisingly had a short list of failures. My car is essential for my work, so they gave me an estimated price & booked me in straight away. The work was done quickly & my car now feels nice & smooth to drive. On top of this, the final price was even lower than the estimate. All social distancing measures were strictly cohered to, while still providing a friendly & approachable customer service. Great service from start to finish. I drove my car over and was looked after by Ian who took some photos of the damaged areas of my car and got the quote out quickly. They were great about arranging to pick my car up and drop it off at times convenient to me and even repaired my car whilst I was on holiday so I didn’t have to get a courtesy car which was perfect. I visited today to address some minor scratches on the rear bodywork of my car. I had previously emailed and sent in some photos. All communications had been very professional and courteous. Ian, who dealt with me today, was able to resolve all issues in minutes, was incredibly generous with his time and expertise in these difficult times. I have nothing but good things to say! I had some pretty bad bodywork repairs needed after a driver took a disliking to my car in a supermarket car park - after a quick call to T.Reeve & Sons, I sent through some photos of the damage and very quickly received a competitive quote. I dropped my car in 2 days later, a Friday, and was told the work would be done within a few days. Saturday morning I received a text saying the work was complete and the photos seemed to look good. After hearing of T Reeve and Son's Body Shop and seeing many of there courtesy vehicles on the roads of Sussex and Surrey, I asked my friends and colleagues if they had ever used this garage before, very quickly it became apparent that it was a preferred garage of many people I know. I then decided to contact the garage and arrange getting a quotation for the works I required to the bodywork and alloy wheels on my vehicle. I was told to pop in when ever was convenient for me which was helpful with my varying work schedule. I dropped in met with one of the front desk managers who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements, I proceed to book my vehicle in for the works. A week later I collected the vehicle ahead of schedule which I was very pleased about, the vehicle looked fantastic the best its ever looked other customers passing even commented on how good the vehicle looked. I was thoroughly debriefed on what works had taken place and how help keep the vehicle looking good. The car was spotless inside and outside extremely please cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Highly recommend! My BMW has been in there twice now, for full bonnet respray and patch work on my rear bumper. Both jobs done to the highest standard! The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable! They will definitely get me back as a customer for all body shop related work. Might have to be my wheels next for a change of colour! Again, Highly recommend! Follow up: 4 years on! Had multiple paint work done here since and still top quality work. Splitters, spoilers and now also my latest cars wheels in for a re colour. The driver’s side door of my car was caught in the wind. Though the door could be closed, I could hear the brushing of wind and noise whenever I drive. I went to my car dealer’s service centre and they told me it was a body part repair and I could only book in sometime in February. They tried to do some adjustments to make the gap smaller but it got worse as I could feel the wind and hear the noise even more. Thinking that I had to claim insurance for the repair, I sent my car to my to the appointed workshop that my insurance company suggested, T.Reeve & Son for a quotation. Ian came to look at my car, walked away and came back with his tools. Frankly, I was worried when he used the rod to ‘pry open ‘ the door as I thought more damage could be done to my car. Surprisingly, after few tries with his tools, the door seemed to close perfectly and was aligned! Job done in less than 10 minutes!! Ian was kind enough to waive the charges as he had done it out of good will and this helped me saved so much time, stress and money. This changed my impression that workshops are always out to overcharge repairs, there is still one that repairs with heart. A big thank you to Ian and T.Reeve & Son!! Ivy

Three years ago too my Ford kuga for an mot to a garage in London rd near preston circus, won't mention their name. Failed my car said it needed a new head light assembly fitted ,4 hundred pounds..... Livid.. took it to Ian pomrey at Reeves,ten seconds to adjust the headlight setting.job done.when ian phoned the garage they kept passing the buck,even blamed their own staff. I needed my car to be fixed at a very short notice during half term to ensure it was roadworthy again in time for me to get myself to school as I am a teacher. I took my car to T Reeves after a crash in which both parties decided it would be better to pay for the repairs ourselves rather than get the insurance companies involved. I found dealing with them directly very easy and straightforward and more importantly I trusted what the guy told me which is a rare thing in the car industry. The repair was done within a few days, it was of good standard and the price was more than competitive. And it got a full clean! I have just received my car back from T Reeve & Sons. I would like to say a huge thank you I am probably one of the fussiest customers that this company has worked for, I gave them a really hard time. First of all insisting that although my car was drivable that they collect it on a trailer. This they agreed to do, they collected the car on Friday afternoon. after detailed photographs were taken of the car. I was regularly updated with it's progress. On Tuesday morning a called to tell them that I needed my car back by the next day as I was going away for a week. Although not scheduled to be finished until the Thursday ,Paul the workshop manager escalated the job in order to completed the work in time. The workmanship on my car is excellent, it has been returned in a spotless condition. I used to take my car solely to the local Audi franchised dealership, but now that it is 7 years old I have become tired of paying over he odds just to get an 'Audi' stamp. A friend recommended T Reeve & Sons and so I tested the water with an MOT a few months ago. It passed, I got it back the same day and the staff were really nice. Result! They highlighted that the rear brakes were getting low and I booked the car back with them to have get them replaced. I've been here twice a while ago. First time through insurance and they did a great job. The second time I went to them after having gone to at least 5 garages for a diagnosis and a quote, T Reeves kept the car for a few days and ended up finding the real fault which cost me around 200 quid. Saved me nearly a grand of I had gone to another garage. It's a bit out of the way for me so I don't anymore but would deffo recommend.

I cannot fault them on their efficiency, professionalism and outstanding customer service. I arranged for my wheels to be collected and T Reeve sent one of the nicest and most courteous man I can honestly say I often don't get to meet. I was informed of how the entire process would unfold and along with the timeline I could expect to see them returned. A few days passed but on the very day and time I was told I would get my wheels back behold it there was a knock on the door and there stood the very same man who had collected them. After a further nice chat I made my way to the delivery wagon which was far larger than necessary and I knew i had a quality product so-much-so that I photographed the wheels for posterity. The wagon was a Barbarian a real workhorse. I could sense a kind of transcendental journey as I inspected each wheel and its spokes, the quality of the finish was amazing throughout the surface of each wheel. It was indeed a heavenly right-of-passage to be able to connect to a piece of art that had been applied to my wheels. Even when using their web-site I could see that a special journey was going to start. From viewing the logo to entering my Details was an experience too good to believe; a kind of route which one only does once in a lifetime and will never be repeated again; a symbolic catharsis of hope that ones entire purpose in life was laid out before one like a red carpet. I will be certainly referring T Reeve and sons to my inner circle of friends. Well done boys and girls.
