I was driving up Ditchling Road and my car overheated in a dramatic fashion, the temperature guage went to max, the warning light came on and the engine started to make grinding noises. On the spur of the moment, I stopped at Woodbourne Garage and they couldn't have been more helpful. They diagonised a coolant pipe leak, topped me up with water and coolant and advised me to take my car for repair at the first opportunity as continuing to drive could cause engine damage. There was no charge for this welcome service. I would recommend Woodbourne as they put service and helping people as top priority.

I think Steve's left as they fixed my wobbly spare wheel by stuffing cardboard underneath, when all they needed to do was turn the wheel over. Charged me £40+ ( inc VAT). This has prompted me to sadly look elsewhere. It was a fantastic garage and Steve always made my bangers purr

We brought a car from here in 2010 we were very happy with it we needed to get a newer one as our Vauxhall was getting a bit old but unfortunately they didn't have anything for us . There cars are good quality and low mileage pre used we would of got one but they just didn't have what we needed . The staff are very nice and helpful they remember us from 2010 it seems more people orientation x

Steve and the guys at Woodbourne have looked after my ‘baby’ (a 12 year old X5) for a good few years now, keeping her in good nick for an old girl. Recently an MOT advisory meant I needed work on the rear suspension, unfortunately, following the work one of the warning lights came on (although there was nothing actually wrong with the car). Steve researched this and found it was a problem which could only be solved with BMW software, so they got it into the main dealers and got it sorted at their expense. Couldn’t be happier, thanks to everyone at the garage. Neil

Popped into this garage near to closing time on a sat to check my brakes on a mini , guys were very professional and friendly. With only 30 mins to closing time the manager ordered the brake pads and got the job done without any booking appointment. Amazing ! It was like a F1 pit stop.
