Absolutely brilliant service, incredibly friendly people and certainly know their way around an AUDI. Only a few months after buying my AUDI it was having problems so I booked it in to have some work done. Dean gave it a service and called to to advise that there are far too many problems with it and that I should return it to the dealership. They could have easily taken the money and made the repairs, but he was perfectly honest and looking out for my best interests. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Not actually taken a car here, but have received very fast, professional service from Dean over email to let me know service history and suggested maintenance for a vehicle I'm looking to sell. Prices seem very reasonable too.

Great job on my heater matrix and excellent turn around. Quoted 3 days but got it a day back early! Cleaned the inside too. Thanks again

Went here for a service and MOT. Managed to get a slot 2 weeks from the date I phoned and they allowed me to bring my car in after I finished work (midday) which I was very pleased about! Much cheaper than going to the Audi dealership and they even gave me a copy of the Audi service history for free as the car didn't come with documentation. (I didn't even have to ask, they offered)! Only giving 4 star due to getting a phone call saying my car was ready to pick up 20-30 minutes before they shut when they knew I wanted to pick up my car same day. The other reason I'm giving 4 star is they said they'd ring me back the next day to book my car in to fix a fault at my request but I never received any phone call. I will be going back, still happy with the service/MOT and have recommended it to friends who own Audis.

The best service you could possibly hope for from a garage. My A7 broke down and regardless of them having no availability, they managed to diagnose, order the parts, and fit them al in just 4 days. Incredible communication by Dean and his team. This is my second Audi and I will never go anywhere else!

We have a 10 year old A8 that's been off the road for a couple of years, and of course, you never know what might have deteriorated whilst it hasn't been used. Asking around at work, a colleague with a TT recommended Dean at All Audi, so I went in to see him, and was immediately impressed. He made some very sensible suggestions, and even gave us the name of a reliable breakdown service that could take the car over to them without it costing a fortune. Once Dean had the car, he spent a day or so assessing it and pricing the necessary repairs. We were again impressed with the detail he went into, and the way he offered alternatives to OEM parts when he judged them to be of equal quality. His predicted final cost was considerably less than we'd feared to put the A8 back on the road, and turned out to be completely accurate. We got the car back beautifully valeted, and it runs like a dream. Dean and his team were friendly, professional and efficient throughout, and it's frankly a pleasure to find an independent specialist garage that more than lives up to its claims. Thoroughly recommended!

Life gets in the way, broken boiler, kid, work and getting the brakes replaced on the car plus an MOT. Having arranged to drop the car off I arrived late, a day late. Jon was accommodating and he told me he would do what he could. I was expecting the call, the "we have unearthed a bigger job and it’s going to cost X’ thousand more" call. All garages do it and it appals me. Mine came at 11:00am when Jon called to tell me he had managed to squeeze my car in for an MOT early due to a cancellation and that it was all done and cheaper than expected. I can not rate this Garage highly enough. Thanks for restoring my faith in garage mechanics.

Since first using All Audi in May 2015 ,I've not looked back. I find they're experience in Audi vehicles both old and new extensive ,in my personal view and dealings with All Audi ,I have been extremely happy at the the service provided. Both Dean ,and John have given a correct diagnosis of what needs doing to my vehicle as well as the options available to me ,I find their prices are very fair and competitive . All round good experience ,that good ! that my last visit was a return journey from Harrow in Nw London ,where I currently reside ,yes they're that good in my experience that I'd rather travel 118 miles to them than give my car to someone that doesn't know what they are doing . Excellent service, honest impartial advice and recommendations around servicing / repairs. Mainly work on Audi's and also VAG group vehicles, and as such they have the knowledge and skill base of a main dealer but without the prices. You can specify Audi parts or non genuine to be fitted, and they also have a large selection of used parts available.
