Not sure why there are so many mixed reviews about autotec. I’ve been going there for 4 years now and have always received good service from all of the employees there. As a younger woman it can be very intimidating walking into a garage with no idea if they are going to rip you off or not but I have never felt so welcome than I do at autotec - the employees there are very open and honest if you have any questions they will spend the time explaining the problem and the cost. I think some of the bad reviews below are possibly forgetting cars are expensive to keep up.
They are trustworthy, hardworking, positive and helpful people.

They fitted all the repairs in one day and went out of their way to get it done so I could pick up early. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Upon leaving I spoke to a mechanic about brakes. He knew that Pagid make the best brake pads for passenger cars, when many mechanics would simply shrug and tell you 'they're all the same'.

Quality work also cheaper than other garages, I've been taking my Corvette to the main dealers for past 4 months, where I had been paying high prices. They changed the brake pads, brake hydraulic fluid and full service for less than what the main dealer would charge me merely for the service! See you soon.

J. R.After hearing good things about Autotec from a friend i called by to discuss my need for an Oil & Pollen filter change on my 3 litre BMW... (sharp intake of breath)
I was quoted £86.
For that i got the said filters, fully synthetic oil, a fresh stamp in the service book and my Oil service light reset; (£45 at a BMW dealer for that 30 second reset job... they call it a software update...Ha)

J. B.I took my CLK 200 kompressor sport to auto tec for a full service. The price was good and the customer service was impeccable in comparison to garages who have messed me around in the past. My car feels fresh and the service book and lights all up to update. Then topped up my air con gas ready for the summer aswel. When I have sold this and get my next motor, will take it to auto tec without thinking twice.
