Unfortunately I forgot to ask for a name, but the guy was very willing to help me and I can only recommend him. J.I’m a new driver and know nothing about cars and would panic really hard if something pops up on the dashboard. I’m new to the UK and the first time I visited this garage was basically searched on google and saw the review was pretty good. I just rang and ask if I could pop over to get the car checked whenever there’s a problem with my mini and they always said yes. They’re really helpful and professional and got the problem solved every time. They didn’t take advantage of me because I knew nothing about cars instead they explained what’s happening to me patiently. Sorry for the bad English it’s my second language haha. Definitely would recommend this garage to anyone I know!

E. W.So helpful! Restored my faith in garages, I've had so much trouble with previous garages but these guys are great. I often worry that as someone who knows nothing about cars you can be paying for work that does not need doing. BMS physically showed me what was wrong with my car and what was subsequently changed. I could not recommend them highly enough.
I also really appreciated the call to update me on the process. Super efficient!
