Took my van for an MOT - a fantastic service, quick, professional and helpful. They even adjusted my lights for me free of charge which Halfords had badly installed so that the van wouldn’t fail.

Booked last week and prepaid the MOT yesterday. Arrived slightly early, booked in and left them to it for an hour. A couple of advisories but nothing too serious. Good service and system in place for managing Covid. Recommend, but be aware they don't offer any mechanical services to the public.

I would never go to commercial garages who always try to rip you off by finding unnecessary work on your vehicle. On the whole, I’ve been happy with the service provided. The tests seem fair and trustworthy. My only criticism is around their total lack of customer service. I waited 18 mins before I was even acknowledged upon arriving in the office. The same chap walked passed me three times, each time I said good afternoon and he didn’t respond. 2 other chaps walked passed me twice without saying a word. I’m guessing they were busy and in the middle of another job, but it wouldn’t have been much just to manage my expectations by saying they’ll be with me shortly. Once someone did speak to me, he was friendly, polite and professional.

To get a real MOT on your car, taxi, van, then look no further, This first class, excellent team at the Bristol City MOT unit will tell you the true condition of your vehicle, ( it may save someone’s life ) an excellent team throughout, from booking in, to MOT testing. If you’re thinking of starting your own MOT station you won’t find a better example to copy.👍 Joe. (at this time 2020-2021 please wear a face mask or guard, place payment recipe on passenger seat, and providing your vehicle isn’t self locking, leave ignition keys in vehicle)

Got my car MOT'ed at the time that I scheduled. Passed with minor advisories that I knew were an issue so I know they are honest and not trying to repair something fixed. I will go again!
