Could not have asked for a better service. Oliver got back to me very quickly and was one of the only companies to have priced the job for me via photo, everyone else gave me estimates but not prices. Car wizard was within the estimates so I knew it would be a fair price. Came to my driveway within a couple of days of saying I would like to proceed. John the technician that carried out the work was fantastic very efficient and explained what would be done and reassured me it would look perfect. By the time the job was done the car looked brand new! No mess no fuss and put my mind at ease that the lease company would be over the moon with the shape of the car. Would highly recommend! I highly recommend Car Wizard's services. Paul completed an alloy wheel repair for me and exceeded all expectations. The finish is to an excellent standard - 'factory finish' as promised. The alloy looks as good as it did before the damage. The standard of communication was unbeatable. I contacted them online for a quote, got a response on the same day along with instructions for arranging the work to be completed at my home address. Paul kept in contact with me through the whole process, arrived on time and completed the work within an hour. Other companies had quoted much higher and wanted to work on the other alloys as they couldn't guarantee an exact match. Paul at Car Wizard matched the finish perfectly and it didn't cost me as much as it would have elsewhere.

I was really impressed with Car-Wizard. The car had been damaged by scraping against a wall and bollard (don't worry, I wasn't driving). The damage had then sat there for 5 months so it wasn't fresh damage either. I looked around for various quotes and most places seemed to claim I'd need replacement doors etc (even though there's no structural or mechanical damage, it's just aesthetic dents and scratches). Most quotes were for 3-4 times more than Car Wizard, would take a couple of days and would require the car to be driven to their workshop. As it was, Car Wizard were very professional both by email and in person, it never needed to leave our driveway, and the whole repair took 5 hours (8am-1pm). Very impressed with the finish and results! It looks like new, with all the dents and scratches completely removed, and the doors have been re-painted the exact same colour and finish as the rest of the car!

Oliie took my car in at 10am this morning. Dent in boot, rear dent inside door and passenger side wheel arch and scuffs into centre passenger doors. Bodywork chips on the front. In less than 6 hours he was on the phone to me telling me all the work was done. I am over the moon with how quickly it was done, the great customer service. This is the fourth time I have used Car Wizard and, for those that know me, this is high praise indeed. I am picky - the one that everyone moans about for being too picky - the one that people ask when they want to know who they can trust to get stuff done properly. The team have been trusted with my S3 (bumper dink), Boxster (wing that I dinked then a bumper where I was reversed into) and - the really special one - 21 year old Polo Gti (headlight restoration). On one job there was a small bit of paintwork that hadn't been flatted properly but, without any debate, that was rectified.

Excellent! Easy! Friendly man! Like magic, the damage never happened! Got it quickly quoted and booked within a couple days online, didn't even have to phone. He came to my house, really friendly & helpful bloke. Better if you have a driveway, If you live on a terraced city street make sure they have a spot with plenty of space outside your house and they need to run an extension lead into your house for power. They need room for their lil tent too if its raining. Even though we had to go elsewhere to give him enough room, he happily followed me to drive 5 mins to my friend's driveway. No dramas!

I had never used Car Wizard and had not had a personal recommendation, but from the moment I engaged in communication with Chief Wizard, Ollie, I felt confident that this was a high end firm with dedicated and careful technicians. However, I had to cancel at least three times but Ollie was always completely accommodating and easily set new web generated appointments. Very reassuring. When finally I dropped the car off, I was totally taken aback by the sheer scale of this outfit, the space and reception area. It was so incredibly smart and really impressive - I’ve a feeling it’s only going to get bigger. Kevin did my detailing and he was charming, smiley and professional. We had a few technical issues which Ollie flagged up for me before I collected, which was much appreciated. Exemplary in every way. From the onset I received a prompt response with a clear succinct quote that was significantly competitive. I was concerned at first as the quote was the best by far. Excellent service all round. Great communications, flexible appointments, paint technician does the work on your driveway. We had a dent and a couple of deep dings in the paintwork in a corner of the bonnet leading edge. It was a couple of hours work to hammer out the dent, sand, fill and buildup the paintwork. A seamless job. Don't have any worries, just give the Car-Wizard guys a call for fixes to your paint and dings to the bodywork. Highly recommended.

I had so many stone chips on the front of my car the bumper felt more like sand paper and the bonnet looked like Swiss cheese! Paul turned up to do a full bumper and bonnet re-spray and I couldn't be more happy with it, the results are flawless. I was initially sceptical about booking someone I found on Facebook to complete some bodywork on my car. It's nothing special to most people but has been my pride and joy. Being bright white, I was worried anything less than a really good job could look awful. Got a quote for four smaller stone chips to be repaired, one larger chip, which went down to the metal, needing a whole panel respray and one small dent in the door. Got a price via WhatsApp which was much lower than two competitors and a body shop I used previously (who weren't great from previous experience). Kind of made me more sceptical but went for it after seeing some more good reviews recently. Dent repair was carried out by another company which I was prewarned about. All done on the drive way inside an hour. Perfect finish and no hint at all that there was a dent there - which is good going considering it had been there for a good while and in the middle of the door panel. Bit odd as the mechanic insisted on waiting outside the house while I transferred the money and waited for it to clear - but I can't think of any other way of doing for him to make sure he was paid without carrying cash. All good. Paint tech came the following week and did a great job. Polite, courteous and went out of his way to explain the detail. All work completed in 5 hours. Excellent service again. 8 weeks later, I honestly can't find any hint of the repairs. I'm the first to notice the tiniest imperfections too but I have to check against old pictures just to have an idea of where it was worked on. Really impressed. You'd probably only get a comparable finish only if you went to a high-end spray shop who you have to travel to, wait at and pay around 3x the price to. It's really surprising that such a good finish is even possible on a driveway open to the elements. I got £900 (5%) over the recommended part ex price for mine thanks to the bodywork condition, which is down to this work which left me in profit after paying Car Wizard. Sidenote, 3 days before it was due to be collected after being sold, I managed to get another stone chip and these guys bent over backwards to help me get it sorted before it was due to be handed over without hiking the price up (28% cheaper than a quote from Dingmaster based on the same images and time-frames). Will 100% use these guys again in future and won't feel the need to put off repairs now I know there's someone out there doing it above my expectations.
