We were in a very difficult situation being stuck in one of the Bristol services as we couldn't drive further with broken brake pads. It was a weekend and most of the local garages were either closed or too busy. Luckily we managed to find and contact Cars In Action - mobile mechanic service, exactly what we desperately needed. It took only about 20 minutes for Antonie to arrive to the place where our car was parked, he was on time as he had promised. He quickly assessed the issue and offered different options for us. We decided to replace the brake pads. Really quick and quality repair - and we could drive further immediately. The price was reasonable and not as expensive as big brand recoveries would charge for the same service. Antonie was polite and professional. Highly recommended!

I used Cars In Action to come out and replace a flat battery as my battery had gone flat in an ALDI car park. The service was fantastic, the mechanic was friendly and very swift in getting the problem solved. Will definitely use Cars In Action Again!!

I had an issue with an engine light not going off even after a service at a major dealer. Phoned Anton for assistance, got an appointment for the next day and the issue was sorted. Great service. Definitely recommend them.

Having broken down in a parking lot and the car would not start, I did a quick google search and called Cars in action. Anton reassured me after I told him the issue(flashing spanner light on dash) that he would be with me within 30 minutes, kept updated all of the way and Anton arrived early. A quick plug in of his very clever computer and we were back on the road. The man is professional, polite and very honest. I have been messed around before and charged for work that was not required , so this was a breath of fresh air. So impressed, he came over to replace my front brakes the next week. No matter how small or big the job is I could not recommend cars in action(CIA) enough. You sir are a credit to the business!!

A difficult situation happened to me on Friday on the way to work. Unfortunately I noticed smoking in the engine are. No colling water in the system. First 3 garages had no time or could do it long time after the Friday. Luckily I phoned to Anton, friendly mechanik, always keeping in touch, and Anton agreed to repair my car in his empty windows among his customers windows. I was just simply so happy Anton repaired all very quickly, all working well for a good price. Great communication, never seen Anton as He is mobile mechanik and I had to go to work.
