L. B.Came in unannounced to get my service light reset, was greeted by Sophie. Very friendly and great to see a smiling face on reception. She was a great help, A technician came out there and then. Think his name was Steve, nice guy and swiftly reset my service light. Was there less than five minutes, thanks to both of them.
M. R.Like the majority of main dealerships some aspects of the service are acceptable. Other areas are flawed. One notable area is attempting to blag about recognised stock faults when a simple internet search reveals so much. My van has been parked up at the garage due to one thing or another over the past year. Collectively getting towards two months. How do you run a business without a vehicle? Appreciate we have and still are yo a degree in difficult times. We could all do with less stress and more understanding.
