Did a really good repair to a large impact dent in a tricky area on my car - across the top of the door and onto the roof. A combination of paintless dent removal on the roof (where other places had wanted to respray the whole roof with a large price tag) with spray work just to the top of the door. Without being told there was a repair, it would take a very very discerning eye to spot it. Service was friendly and the repair was surprisingly quick.

Absolutely amazing job by Josh at Dentmagic Cribbs today. The lacquer on diamond cut edges of bi-colour VW wheels had spidering and corrosion where the water had got underneath. Josh repaired all 4 on my driveway and now look as good as new and sets my T5 off nicely. Very impressive work. These guys are magicians!

Fantastic service. Right from the off with the upload of my pics to the quote to the repair, this is a top notch company. Rachel who arranged the repair on the phone, and Andy at the Cribbs branch were both extremely helpful and courteous. There was a slight complication with the repair so it took a few hours longer than anticipated (there was a split in the tyre so needed a new one), but no problem, Andy was able to hook us up with a courtesy car for the couple of hours. Amazing service, definitely recommend.

Martyn and Kristian certainly live up to the company name – they really did add a sparkle of magic to remove the ‘dent’ from my wife’s car! Their years of experience in the industry shows in the quality of the work, which was expertly done and totally invisible, allowing my wife to once again drive her car with pride. As the repair would take a few days to complete, providing a courtesy car was a really nice touch as, whilst it wasn’t used other than driving it home and back, it removed the worry of being without my car if it was needed. The team is super friendly and will do their utmost to help you. So I took my BMW into Dentmagic last Wednesday for a quote and was impressed with the service from the outset. Very friendly and helpful and a great price. So thinking I would have to wait a week or so to get it booked in I was yet again thrilled they could offer to book me in the very next morning. I had a mahoosive dent on my car and I left it for 18 months because I didn't want to fork out a couple of hundred quid for damages that wasn't even my fault. They done an amazing job on my car. Look much better than was before I am glad that I found them but only one issue I don't said anything about fit my new mirror cap which they respray because I know that is really hard to take off old one and fit new one so I found a bit plastic clip behind my mirror glass on right side and nobody said anything that it wasn't broken before respray so it happened when they try to fit it on mirror I know that because I doing it few times on other cars.

Had a dent magically appear on my car (Thanks for opening your door onto my car and not leaving a note!). Having used DentMagic before and getting an excellent result I opted to get a quote on Friday. I booked an appointment and their next slot was Tuesday which was great!
