My car was collected and dropped off by two very polite, friendly drivers; I was fully informed about progress; my car arrived back immaculately clean, better than before and looking like new. The second time I have had to use DLG Auto services and I have received the same excellent level of service both times. What an amazing repair DLG Autos of Bristol made to my car! I could not have wished for a better repair to the extensive bodywork damage done to the left side of my car. On return, the whole car looked immaculate and there was an incredible attention to detail by the Bristol team. The professionalism, care and quality of the end product is exemplary. My car was damaged by a car passing me that lost a large part of rear trim. The vehicle did not stop. I had to put the claim through my insurance company. DLG did a very good job repairing the front bumper and replacing the missing front nearside fog light. They replaced the number plate and gave the car a very good clean inside and the outside. Really good service. Collected car, took it away, kept me informed, returned the car clean. The main damage is repaired fully. However, during the repair they damaged a wiring connector part that I didn’t spot on initial inspection but noticed when I opened the boot after. Although it’s minor I’m worried it will worsen in time and cause problems later. The mechanic would have known they had broken the part and shouldn’t have released it…shame.

Confident company, seemingly well resourced with good comms and response time. Polite, efficient and sensible pick up/drop staff, with good local knowledge (brought small truck for small streets). High standards snd good quality workmanship - body panels replaced or worked on look like new. ECU reset performed as an extra which successfully extinguished very recent EGR light, this will be looked at by local garage but thanks to DLGs mechanic going the extra yard, today I have a smart fully working vehicle.

My Honda Jazz was rear-ended and there was quite a lot of damage. I was afraid the Insurance company was going to write the car off but DLG saved it! They replaced the rear door and patched up the damaged bumper, before re-spraying it and now it looks really smart. I'd only done 36,000 miles although it's 14 years old so it was great it was saved! Repair took longer than expected but they did pick up and return car to me.

My car was hit by another motorist, the drivers side wing and bumper were badly dinged and the alloy wheel was fairly ruined. The steering wasn't right and the ABS light kept coming on. DLG Bristol took my car away and one week later returned it looking absolutely great, I could not tell that my car had previously been hit, the workmanship was superb and completely beyond my expectations. They even touched up a scuff on the off side wing that had nothing to do with accident (big thanks for that). I was so impressed I showed several of my colleagues at work (we are all fuel-system engineers) and they were all equally impressed. DLG have been fantastic! My car was picked up earlier than expected, the bodywork, and mechanical repair/replacement was second to non. The next day an engine warning light came on, I contacted DLG and they sent someone to diagnose the fault within an hour! which in this case put my mind at ease knowing it was only an engine oil switch. I could still drive my car. The customer service kept me informed and were very personable. I will never change from Direct line for my car insurance. The whole process was smooth.

My vauxhall Adam has come back like new. Hadn't seen it looking so good since I bought it. Totally clean inside and out. Body work just sparkled. No signs of original damage at all. Although the work completed on my car was very good they fail to understand about being kept up to date. They took 13 days to complete work but advised me that they would deliver car 2 days before. Their reception or customer services are abrupt and frosty. You get the feeling that they are stressed most of the time. As for their repair status update on line frankly it does not work and is merely a mask Must try harder to really understand that customers are stressed also with their car being repaired

Having them come to my house to pick up my car on a lorry and then after the repairs to drop my car back at my house was great. I would have put 5*s if there wasn't a minor scratch down the drivers side of my car which wasn't there before. Also there was 6 miles added to my milage, can you explain this? They offered everytime to pick my car up and deliver a courtesy, the courtesy car I got was a good'un and the staff have all been great in person, over the phone does leave a little room for improvement but you're not talking to a robot so that's pleasant! Just feel it's missing that extra little spark over the phone. There was one bloke, I'm really sorry for forgetting your name, but a Navy boy from Wales. Had my vehicle repaired here after somebody went into the back of me. Thought they had done a nice job on straightening out the rear panel but the colour matching on the respray is a little poor. The bumper fit is not great either and they’ve cracked the plastic wheel arch trim upon refit. Although it states on their website that they are happy to quote for additional work I was flatly denied when I phoned to ask if they might touch up my bonnet. Little disappointed as it would have been very easy to do alongside prepping the rest of the vehicle and having already mixed up the paint, Although having seen the quality of the colour matching was probably for the best! There are other good body shops in Bristol who I will be sure to visit instead.
