Neil was fabulous. He took my car for a few hours and it came back all MOT’d and serviced. I had nothing to do other than listen out for the phone and, of course, the bit where the card comes out! Not so painful though :) I felt like queen for a day. He came highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint. I now know I have someone I can call on for any car worries. I took my S4 in for repairs when I had issues with the cooling system, Neil and Steve quickly diagnosed it as a thermostat problem. As soon as they knew the delivery date for the part they gave a call and got me booked in and sorted me out with a courtesy car while the works were carred out. Despite the works taking more hours than anticipated they stuck to the original price, they talked me through all the repairs and showed me the broken part they had replaced. Very professional and I would be happy to use them again.

I've been using this garage for the last few years for my pride and joy (RS4). They have been fantastic, really friendly and most importantly totally honest about what does or doesn't need repairing or replacing. Needed a couple of new tyres fitted but was finding it really difficult to find a garage that was accessible. Even getting a lot of them to answer the phone was a task let alone getting booked in with a specific time. Coming across Four Circles on a web search with the offer of my car being collected and dropped off was a real relief. Great local service, transparent pricing and a no drama garage experience. Will definitely use for any further work needed.

I broke down on a Saturday and was towed to Kwik fit, who were unable to look at my car until Thursday (earliest). The Four Circles staff arranged to pick up my car Wednesday and had it fixed and delivered it to my house by Thursday afternoon. Nothing was too much effort, they made the whole process incredibly easy and I will most definitely be using this garage again. Thank you Four Circles!

Reply to Kelsey Cox review. Your 2004 Golf MK5 was booked in to us with the fault ' drivers side rear door won't lock' We connected the car to our diagnostics and the result was a failed door lock mechanism. We gave you costs and you asked us to proceed. To carry out this repair on the o/s/r door you remove the OUTER DOOR SKIN. Watch on youtube ( MK5 Golf ). It is not necessary to touch or remove any INTERIOR trim. The repair was a total success, we fitted a GENUINE VW part. After the car was returned you suggested we had broken the passenger rear door window winder handle ( N/S/R ) and asked us to pay for a new one.You say we were rude and abrupt, all we did was refuse to pay £ 8.53 + vat for a new handle. This is a twelve year old car, things do fail. i am sorry you are upset and sad you won't use us again.
