A massive thank you to everyone at the garage. My parents are in their 80's and rely on there car so when it broke down on their drive they were very worried. I rang the garage on Friday, they picked up the car on Saturday and it was ready to pick up all repaired on Monday for the price they had quoted me. Can't fault the service I received at all. Work by the mechanics is fine, and reasonably priced, but the customer service leaves a bit to be desired, unfortunately. When you say you're going to call back, call back, it's not rocket science 🙄 And check the car is ready for the customer to collect, don't just assume it's ok when it's gone to a third party for painting.

I use this garage frequently for my car and vans and can’t fault them always helpful , especially when my coil spring snapped I took the car to them at 5 o’clock on a Friday night and they had it done by 11 on the Saturday morning .

Have used this garage on a number of occasions with different cars. Quality of service seems to be fine, however I have issues with their billing. On my last two services the price on collection was quite a bit higher than the price quoted when booking the car in (even the receptionist said that does seem high!). No valid reason was provided as to the increase in price. If using again, I will and would recommend others to ask for prices in writing to avoid any nasty surprises.

They seem only interested in fixing up your vehicle to a high standard and then maintaining it to the same high standard. If your looking for a long-term garage you wont find better. For the quality of the work I feel the prices are reasonable and fair

Large, well ran garage for the local area with a lot of staff. Was impressed at how they turned up to tow my car to the garage from my local home (without apparently charging me more for this), likewise staff were wearing masks when they turned up (impressive). They always picked up the phone very quickly and my car was fully fixed up the next day. Expansive reception room includes a fish tank, sofas and a toilet! Two courtesy cars.

I would highly recommend this garage. My VW Crafter went into "limp mode" and I was 280 miles from home. They diagnosed the problems and fixed it in a very professional manner. Saved me a hold load of hassle and all at a very reasonable cost indeed. These guys have the diagnostic equipment and know their stuff. Cannot thank them enough.
