Lovely staff, polite, friendly and helpful. Replaced my tyre in no time. Despite the traffic measures outside they were easy to get to so don't let that put you off. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff and nothing is ever too much work, even helped show me how to change my head lights and where to buy the cheapest replacements so I won’t fail my MOT! Third visit and have never been over charged (in fact some jobs they been lovely enough to do for free!) Usually go for independent garages but I will be sticking with KwikFit for the foreseeable! After travelling to the UK I had a serious issue with my vehicle. After trying to get help from official VW dealers, who proved to be hopeless, I ended up with Jon and his colleagues at Kwik Fit in Bedminster. They did everything they could to help me and had me back on the road earlier than expected. Jon and his colleagues were friendly and extremely helpful despite having lots to do. I was always updated on the progress of the availability of spare parts and the repairs. I can certainly recommend these guys. Once again - thank you very much!!

My exhaust was blowing so I booked it in for a free check. They found the issue (Thurs PM) and after I let George know I desperately needed the car back to visit a sick family member he sorted it super quickly and it was back with me by 10am on the Friday morning. After finding a nail in a tyre from the Bristol Airport car park the staff here came to the rescue, swapping the punctured tyre for my spare so that I could make it safely back to Cardiff. Thanks guys for fitting me in before closing time on Friday! Kwik Fit's great customer service continued when I went to the Cardiff Newport Road branch the next day to get the puncture repaired. Very impressed with the friendly service at both sites!

I was struggling to find a tyre for my car last minute so ended up going to kwikfit in bath. I’m glad I did as they were so friendly and my sister and I ended up having a good chat with them. They tyre was slightly pricier then what I’d normally pay but I was just thankful to get a new tyre and I’m happy to pay that little extra for great service!

I’ve been having trouble with a tyre which, although generally OK, deflates at the most inconvenient times. Have taken it to 2 local tyre fitting garages and each time was told there was nothing wrong with the tyre or valve! Decided to book into Kwik-fit for a new tyre. Arrived at the Bedminster branch and I explained the problem to a very polite guy named George. He told me that he would check the tyre before he fitted a new one. Surprised, he informed me that the valve was leaking slightly! So instead of buying a new tyre, I have booked my car into my dealership. Thank you George you are brilliant!

Took my car in after it started making a very odd noise, the guys in there were absolutely brilliant and diagnosed and fixed the problem (sheared/moved bolt in my brake calipers) really quickly and at excellent value (free!). totally saved my life, as my brakes could easily have failed. I was really pleased with the level of service at Bedminster Kwikfit today. After putting off my service due to Covid I was nervous my car would be in a rather bad condition. Booking my service online was a really easy process and clearly stated what to expect when visiting the garage. The work was completed in an efficient and timely manner. The branch was Covid-compliant and the reception area was spotless. It is refreshing to find a garage that combines high ethical standards, excellent workmanship and great customer service. George was really helpful and informative. He went above and beyond in providing me with information on what to expect following the work done on my car. Overall, he provided excellent customer service! I'll definitely be using the Bedminster Kwikfit again in the future!

I was particularly excited about the level of support I received in getting my car back to Kwik Fit for MOT retesting without haven’t to pay an extra or part retest fee. Staff were helpful at the office, but my only issue is that Staff failed to call me to let me know the results of my MOT test after it was done. I had to call to find out myself. I booked my vehicle for a full service and MOT using the online facility, this wasn't 100% effective as I didn't get a confirmatory email, but the helpline sorted this out for me fairly easily. At the workshop: Courteous staff who explained everything to me before, during and after, with regards to the work required, the costs involved and how urgent each item was to enable me to make informed decisions about what I instructed them to do. I have very limited knowledge when it comes to cars, but the guys never belittle me or patronise me They just either do the job then explain what to do, if it’s something I can do myself Jason in particular is an absolute credit to Bedminster Kwik Fit and totally deserves recognition I’ll be back in for my MOT, and no doubt before if something else crops up Thanks guys

Not a overall great experience for an MOT. I was able to book the MOT online easily enough and the MOT was done in the alloted time while I waited. They found an issue with a tyre and recommended this is changed. They said they could do this same day and it would take 3 hours and they would call me when it was ready to pick up. Unfortunately they did not call me after 4 hours and I was unable to get through to them after trying around 10 times on the phone. As I needed the car the next day (Sunday) I had to go into kwik fit in the hope they had finished the work and they had. There was no apology or explanation for why they didn't call which is why I've given 3 stars. Work was also expensive for what it was

Work quality seems good. Had to wait a week before fault found in MOT could be repaired - and had to wait an extra hour and a half on the day more than the time originally stated. Staff very pleasant, and not necessarily their fault, merely very frustrating for me.

I am so grateful for the quick, helpful, professional service I had at this garage which definitely went the extra mile. I called yesterday evening as I was worried about a tyre on a car I am using that belongs to someone else, and I spoke to Mitch. I was a bit stressed as I needed the car Thursday morning... He advised me to check the air pressure and if one was down significantly, book the car in, but there wouldn't be space for that until Thursday. When I was a bit worried about doing that, he told me to bring it in today and they'd check it for me. They did this very quickly and found a dodgy tyre which could have burst on the motorway. They then fitted the job in today so I would have it ready for tomorrow. What they didn't know when they did all this is that the car I am using belongs to a dear friend who has terminal cancer that has now spread to his brain. He lives out in the woods in the Cotswolds but can no longer drive. I am one of the people looking after him and I needed the car to get over there and help. The car situation could have been awful, in several different ways, but thanks to the men at this Kwik Fit, it was all solved and sorted quickly, kindly, helpfully, professionally at a time when there was stress and worry. A big thank you to them for the wonderful service and I thoroughly recommend it.

Had to call in here as the car had developed a puncture. We were on our way back to Shropshire after visiting relatives in Bristol so had to get it sorted. It was towards the end of the working day so we thought there would be some reluctance to help, but we were pleasantly surprised when they said it was no problem and fixed the flat straight away with no fuss. Been here twice with different cars for air con service, 2nd time today, lads here are great, even though it looked like a busy morning for them anyway fitted in aircon re-gas after walking in first thing in the morning expecting to have to book for next week, so went out of their way. Done in about 30 mins, excellent service!

My car failed its MOT and I was very happy with the explanations given by the tester, and the reasons for failure were fair. There was no pressure to purchase repairs from them. Their retest fee and timescale is fair also, and we will be taking it back to them on Tuesday for its retest at half price.
