No nonsense service. I gave them what I wanted and the team found what was needed told me time to bring van down and when to pick up. Was all completed on time and no issues. Team very helpful and friendly.

I used to book online with a rival tyre company to choose tyres online but this time Kwik Fit had the best A rated tyres for fuel economy and wet braking as well as the higher load rating. Had good service today as the tyre fitter noticed that although I asked for 2 front tyres, a rear tyre had a bad crack. Without charging any extra, they rotated my best front tyre to replace the cracked rear before changing my 2 fronts and so I paid for the 2 tyres as originally planned. As with all online tyre booking, it's actually best to phone up for a price for tracking. This is never quoted on any company's online tyre booking I don't think. I will be back for the 2 rear ones when needed...

Waited for 5 minutes in reception on arrival with no one acknowledging that I was there even though staff could see me waiting. My answers are neutral as I booked online and knew costs and work required before I arrived. Not given an invoice and not told it was being emailed to me.

Dan provided probably some of the best customer service I have experienced, we had snapped a Toyota TPMS value and although they didn’t have it in stock we were able to collect the part from a nearby dealership and get it fitted straight away by Dan at Kwik Fit - Keynsham, he was also able to re-program the TPMS to the vehicle. Appointment booked the night before for 9:00am arrived on time and greeted by the manager who indicated it should be ready within 15-20 minutes. Previously were fast and efficient. They have been rubbish twice now, with vague advice and time for a MOT fix (went somewhere else, same day service), and another time a cancelled pre booked MOT... they didn't advise us. Woke up to fins a puncture in my wife's car. Called Keynsham Kwik Fit and spoke to James Mills, Assistant Manager. He was kind, efficient and looked up the account straight away so had all details to hand. He advised they were busy but could fit me in at 4.30. I was finished by 5.00 - so a great team at this location. I also noticed how two of the team were sweeping up the fitting bay to keep it as clean as possible. A good experience all round.

10:30 slot booked online to replace all 4 tyres on my Tesla Model 3. I arrived several minutes early and it was quite busy at the time but was greeted by the manager soon after entering reception. He informed me they would do a wheel alignment check which is free but if out of alignment this costs ~ £50. The manager and a couple of mechanics took the time to check items such as the special wheel trims to remove and if there was a wheel locking nut. Also they checked if I had the lifting pads (commonly known as pucks) to support the car on the lift which I did and the key card to operate the vehicle. It was around 11.00 before they got the car on the lift and was finished in about an hour. The front wheels did require alignment so I agreed for this to be performed to save uneven tyre wear. Overall the service was good.

Pre-arranged for 2 front tyres to be fitted. Was contacted while the work was being done to say the rear ones were also illegal which I did not believe so said not to change. On returning to the car, looked at the rear tyres with the service manager, both fine! The person changing my tyres had written the tyre tread depths in the wrong boxes! Watched the service manager reset the tyre pressure settings in the car, queried the 43 & 38 psi values when they should be 30. Was assured the tyre sensor values would correct once I started driving which I felt was dubious but definitely would not argue with someone who does this as their job. Drove home & recheced the car sensor readings, same values. Manually checked the tyres with manual gauge, 43 & 38, not 30! Slightly gobsmacked that tyre pressures would be set so wildly out & also why anyone would set the left & right tyres to different values. Bought Michelin tyres, they are great tyres & prices were good.

I had came to Kwik-Fit in keynsham today being a Saturday and 4PM I had expected to not receive help with a slow puncture. They had told me I can come tomorrow however I am going camping so this was not an option. The gentlemen James mills I believe his name is, had said although we can’t do the repair now I will change your tyre for you. He had changed my punctured tyre for my spare tyre in a matter of minutes and asked nothing for it. They are a great friendly team who clearly care for customers. Had a full service from the guys there and was very happy with the way it went. We talked through what I wanted, how and what they check and if anything was out the ordinary they'd give me a call. I knew my brakes were close to being changed and I got a call to ask if I wanted them done after they confirmed they were low. The price quoted was good and I found the whole process professional. A few years ago I wouldn't have gone near this branch but now they've upped their game and definitely worth a visit. The manager there is very good and he's helped by having a good team, which he runs efficiently.

The efficiency at drop off was great. At drop off I explained that I was suspicious I would need replacement front super blades, I specifically asked for a price for replacement front wiper blades, I was quoted between £18-£24 to replace them, I asked for this to be confirmed before anything was done. I had given 2 different phone numbers to be contacted on, however upon returning once my MOT and service was completed I was told the blades had been fitted and I had to pay £44! Not great service and I have lost a lot of confidence, firstly in your quote system as now I feel I have been way over charged from the quoted price, plus they fact no once contacted me BEFORE they were fitted. Lost a customer for future now I’m afraid!

I initially put 1 star as I booked online for a service and MOT, like I do every year. It said in the email, the service is at 8.30 am. We were 10 minutes late due to getting a young child out and a very cold, icey morning, and was told I had missed my MOT slot so my car won't have its MOT today. There was nothing in the email booking confirmation about a timed slot for the MOT or any wording stating if you get there after 8.30 we can't MOT your car. I just assumed they open around 8.30 and everyone who books a service and MOT just drops of the car for the day, like I have always done for the last 15 years. I was really upset, especially as I need my car to get to work at the RUH and being a single parent its the only car I have access to. They said they could book me in for Tues, which I had to agree to even though I was working that day. At lunchtime, a very nice man phoned to give me the good news that they do have time to MOT my car today as well. I was so relieved, its been such a stressful time recently. I've always liked Kwik Fit in Keynsham, but they need to be clearer with their written communication. Can I also suggest perhaps to be a bit kinder. The man at reception clearly knew there was a problem with their communication via online bookings and if he had just apologised and said we will look to improve this and we'll try to fit you in today would have made the whole experience better.

The work was conducted within an accurate timescale despite the car needing two new tyres and replacement brake pads. His team were able to repair a third tyre, a builders nail puncture, which saved me having to pay for three new tyres. Booked online 2 weeks in advance and got a very good MOT price. Staff were efficient and professional. I found this branch to be significantly better run than the Bath branch. If I was forced to find anything critical to say, it would only be that the waiting area is quite small. A short walk into the town centre of less than 5 mins gives plenty of choice of coffee shops or snack stops and pubs while you wait.
