I had my tyres changed a few weeks ago and recieved an excellent service. I soon noticed that one of my new tyres was losing pressure so I returned where they found it had a nail. They inspected the tyre without any delay and kindly fixed it for me for not even a penny! They have been professional, efficient, knowledgable and courteous on both occasions. I thought I’d booked our mot online but the website wasn’t clear that once it told you your booking was confirmed that you then needed to pay. I turned up at the garage and was told by the manager he couldn’t see our booking, with our mot running out the following week, this was one of those moments of horror! Jordan however was really helpful and although he informed us that he was fully booked for mot’s until November. He was happy for us to leave the car with them and said he would do it if they had a cancellation. Luckily they did and we got the car back the next day. Really happy!

Extremely kind, helpful and quick service. They diagnosed the issue (tyre was deflating due to back right alloy wheel requiring refurbishment), put on the spare wheel and did tyre pressures so that I was safe to drive back to Sheffield on Monday. Love this Kwik fit - the staff are always polite and helpful. I had a flat battery and the breakdown guy said it needed replacing. Took it in to KF who tested it for me and found nothing wrong. They could have replaced it and charged me but they didn't. We use these guys all the time and it's not the first time they have been up front and helpful. And they always try to work to my awkward time requirement. Highly recommend.

Please with the service, but felt uncomfortable with the upselling. Was quoted an exceedingly high price for tyres, but when I said I'd return to my normal garage for that the price unsurprisingly started to fall considerably. Still hard to find an honest mechanic, even when working for a huge brand.

Today I took my recently bought 12yrs old Nissan Qashqai for interim service and MOT. Some serious issues had turned out regarding the suspension, but they have fixed it on the same day, and I received some massive discount as well. Now it drives significantly better, steering is firm, no play on the wheel anymore, the steering wheel is centered. Very quick and effective team, although they ask decent amount of money for their services, it's well spent. Thank you for your excellent service today. I definitely recommend them.

I was travelling to the area (Bristol) and called on the chance the branch would have the correct tires in stock. To my luck they did and as soon as I arrived Chris helped set me up online to purchase two new tyres. It also turned out that it wasn't just the front two tyres that were bald but the rear ones were down to their limit also so Chris called to explain and managed to get the other two tyres fitted at the same price as the initial two, and as I was replacing the 4 I received a free Echo voucher! Leaking alloy causing flat - the guys in the shop were fantastic checked all tyres and basically 3 were in need of replacement. Its just a shame they ran out of tyre sealant, otherwise I would have got my tyres done then and there. I live in Wiltshire so as couldn't replace my tyres for me. They put my inflatable spare on for me gave me travelling advise I. E. keep to max 50mph how to use Google maps taking off motorways so I only kept to back/slower roads home from Bristol to Wiltshire. I feel really bad that having done all this I had to use a local company to get my tyres done as didnt want to risk driving on the spare more than I needed to. Also the tyres company Ive gone for were a lot cheaper so this also influenced my overall decision. That said in terms of customer service, helping me out when it was dark and just before closing time knowing I had a bit of distance to travel home. They were amazing and I will be forever greatful to them and will def recommend them to my colleagues in Bristol. Ps I should say they didn't charge me for changing my wheel over. Great guys thank you will def use you again if in Bristol and need tyres in the future 👍

I've generally had good experiences with these guys. They are my closest garage so I use them for MOT and Tyres only generally. They always seem to do the work to a good standard and are respectful. However I don't appreciate the heavy sales side, If you buy service and tyres on KwikFits website you get some good prices, much cheaper than direct. So when they offer to replace a tyre you have to decline and order it online which they will then fit for you after a day or two. The problem with this is the sales guys at the branch get upset that you are saving money, and think you treat them as "Tyre monkeys" (an actual quote from the manager there). To me Kwik Fit needs to align its business prices online/in-store there shouldn't be any difference, would make the business a lot more respectable.

These guys are great. A lot of people bash Kwik Fit but as with any garage services, your car costs money to keep on the road and the mechanics aren't your enemy. That being said, this place has improved recently as they let a manager go, he was terrible. always up selling and making you feel bad for not buying his products! So now with him gone, I do recommend this place. p.s. Just a reminder that Kwikfit have different online and instore prices. so if you want the best deal order online and book your appointment before your visit.

After visiting my uncle in Hospital and driving up from Bournemouth, I noticed that my exhaust was banging around. I needed to drive back home that night and I arrived at 4.55pm (5 mins before closing on a Saturday afternoon) and this garage couldn't have been more helpful! Understanding my plight, the mechanic had my car up on a ramp in minutes and although he couldn't replace my rubbers on the exhaust, he made a temporary fix which was enough to get me home. He also didn't charge me a penny and wouldn't accept a tip. Cannot thank these guys enough!

Failed my van's MOT because they said the DPF had been removed, but 2001 T4s never had a DPF and so it should have passed. I only found this out when i took a morning off work to take the van to an exhaust fitter, after not using it for a week. Passed the MOT at another garage no problem. **Update** The manager contacted me to apologise and offer me a refund - he handled the situation well so I'm happy to put this one down as a mistake and changed the review from 1* to 3*

Awesome service, had a puncture on our mobility car. Not from area, had a wonderful RAC guy who excelled getting us to Kwik Fit Plus on the Cheltenham Road, and the two guys were fantastic at getting us safely back on the road, back home to Birmingham. 10 out of 5 if I could.
