Went here this morning with a car problem! It was either something simple or the engine about to fall out! Luckily it was super simple and Josh fixed it in minutes! He greeted me with a smile, didn’t treat me like an idiot and explained what he did clearly! Genuinely impressed, I’ll be returning! It’s nice to feel valued no matter how small the job is! Thanks Josh, you really made my day much easier!

I have been meaning to leave my review for several weeks. Josh at Thornbury Kwik fit is an absolute star. I work in the NHS and use my car daily. I have a service contract with the company I bought the car from which doesn't cover parts. So when they told me replacing my catalytic converter was required and it would cost over £1000 to replace I called into Kwik fit and Josh couldn't have been more helpful. The price at Kwik fit was more than half of the price I was originally quoted. Josh booked me in for a morning I could work from home and ensured I had my car back to be able to go into work for the afternoon. Driving daily I mentioned to Josh I had concerns about my brakes, these were checked on the same visit and replaced the following week at a price that didn't break the bank. Josh ensured I was back on the road in a timely fashion, and was really easy to speak to and get the the heart of the matter. Well done Josh.

I will say kwik fit isn't cheap and if I had more time to sort the car I would've shopped around more as it can definitely be cheaper elsewhere however the friendly team and quick turnaround makes the price worthwhile in my opinion.

My friend had a puncture in her curtesy car and the guys here were so friendly and helpful. It turned out not having a locking wheel nut and the car company were messing her around. They were really patient and helpful and we ended waiting there for several hours and then not actually being able to get anything done. Great service.

Fantastic service from Jamie and his team. A new tyre fitted quickly and efficiently. The spare tyre that was being replaced had an awkward and fiddly system to get it back under the car, but they did this happily and with no fuss. I took my Clio 182 to Kwik Fit today and I have to say I am very impressed with how professional and friendly this team is. Took great pride when removing my tyres and didn't leave any marks on the rims. They set up my geometry perfectly too and even charged me less. They phone me when my car is ready and are always professional and on time, with suggestions at the service as to what might need doing before the MOT. Can definitely recommend. Thornbury town centre is within walking distance to have a mooch round whilst waiting.

Excellent service. I arrived at 10 and the car was immediately driven into the service bay for its MOT. Was then rung an hour later to tell me it was ready. Booked online and all went very well.

Very surprised at how quick it was to get my car fixed. I needed a couple of new tyres and new brakes front and back. Took the car in on the Friday after Christmas and it was done by Monday. Not super cheap but some interesting guarantees for the brakes which could save me some money in the future (if I can remember). Staff were very friendly and the car is driving much better now (brakes feel a bit soft, but that's the car rather than the brakes).

I was in need of two new front tyres for my company car. Driving through Thornbury I saw that Kwik fit wasn't too busy so popped in on the off chance. The chap behind the plastic partition took all the details and got in touch with the lease company. In less than half an hour I was driving out again with two new Michelin tyres. A good quick service, the place was tidy and staff polite. I must also add this is by far the best Kwik fit I've been too.

They can be a bit pricey but that's the part of being a national chain, and they've always been happy to try and negotiate where they can. I suppose against that is the back up of having branches nationwide if you need any element of follow up.

Took the car (Volvo XC90) for an MOT at Elberton Garage who failed it on its suspension bushes. Had a look and they were fine so got it re MOTd at Kwik Fit and it passed with no advisories. Really friendly guys there as well. All for only 27 quid. Took my Lotus Elise there last week and had more great service. Car failed on a split gaiter but had it replaced and a free retest when I dropped it back off. Great service from Ryan and the lads although they did struggle to get in and out of the car.

I would highly recommend Jack and team at Kwik Fit. Hobbled up there with a blown tire en route to a friends house with three kids in the car and I was in and out within 20 mins without even booking in!
