4.5 * Really. Quick, easy and efficient. Booked online for an MOT. Dropped the car off the day before which was no problem. Have to mark half a star down as I wasn't notified that the car had passed and was ready for collection. It won't stop me going back.

As usual, it's very busy, but I was able to book a time slot to get Tyre looked at. Got back early for booking, but was overlooked by at least 3 other customers coming and going. I asked about my pre-booking and was asked to wait 5 minutes as I was next. Some 25 minutes later, work was started on my tyre that was fixed in the end. The cost was a lot of waiting that most people wouldn't feel was worth it in the end.

I turned up with a flat, flat tyre. The guys went above and beyond to help, although they didn't have a replacement tyre in stock, they ordered one, kept my car secure overnight and helped me get home. A really professional friendly atmosphere, would highly recommend

I had a flat tyre on a Thursday evening and booked an appointment online for a replacement on the Sunday, the next possible date. But I desperately needed my car for the weekend! Two kids and multiple activities. I called Friday morning and asked if there was any way to get me in that day. My tyres were ordered for the afternoon and my car was ready to go by 5.30. Jason was amazing!!!

I recently took my car in for an MOT and full service and I must say that I received top quality customer service from the team at Yate. The MOT picked up a few minor faults but the garage called me up to clearly explain what needed to be done and all fixes were made on the same day. Car was ready for collection on time and the service was good value for money. One happy customer! :)

Alan and the team at Yate are brilliant. Jason looked after my 4WD today, which went in for 4 new Pirelli’s and he recommended a wheel alignment and I’m glad he did, cos he spotted a fault on the front left and for a small extra fee he sorted it all out. Great customer service 👍🏻

It's very rare for me to write a review but I just thought I would comment as to how friendly and efficient the guys at Yate kwik fit were today. I dropped a spare set of wheels off to them yesterday to balance and then visited them this morning to have them put on my Range Rover, I also asked them to fit my new set of wheel nuts, nothing was too much trouble, the wheel balance was excellent and they even checked the pressures and helped me load the car up with the old wheels. Excellent stuff.

Having booked a 9am weekday appointment for 2 new tyres I completely forgot and only realised after an hour at work. Operations Manager Alan couldn't have been more understanding and ensured that the job was still completed by the end of the day. A very courteous and professional service all round - I would happily recommend the Yate branch after this my first ever visit and will be revisiting in future.

Excellent service, honest and comply with all current COVID guidelines. Various work required on my car which I was dreading! Thankfully the price of the work required was WELL BELOW what I was expecting, no nasty surprises and the agreed price was slightly cheaper than I thought as one of the parts wasn’t required so I wasn’t charged for this, very honest as I wouldn’t of had a clue if fitted or not. I don’t normally leave reviews, as I often wonder how genuine they are, so can I stress, I HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH ANYBODY AT KWIK FIT YATE!! I had a slow puncture in my BMW 5 series rear tyre, so KF needed to order one in. I went to get it fitted today and “Owen” who took the wheel off was surprised, as the tyre didn’t look damaged. He identified a couple of hairline cracks in the wheel, phoned somebody who could weld it, then strongly suggested I didn’t buy the new tyre (£286) but put the old one back on and see if the problem has been solved. He put the original tyre back on, balanced it, then put it back on the car, total cost £0.00!!! KF didn’t charge me a penny for their time! He also suggested I drop the car in so they could check the other 3 wheels for me. I can’t speak highly enough of these guys - you always get the feeling tyre companies are looking to rip you off - nothing could be further from the truth with these guys. Thank you very much - excellent work.

After prebooking for two new tyres I arrived at my allotted time, was greeted like I was expected, checked what I wanted done (2 new tyres), left my keys, and went for a short walk (to buy some plumbing items from B&Q!). On my return the tyres had been fitted and my car was ready to drive away. Before doing so I was given an update on the condition of the remaining 2 tyres, which was very helpful, and I went on my way. Super efficient, no stress, no unnecessary waiting, all good. I'm happy to recommend based on this experience.

Although there were some difficulties with a faulty tyre pressure sensor, the staff worked hard to resolve the issue. Tyre prices are very competitive. Will definitely use this centre again.

Had front brake pads changed. Have visited before for replacement tyres. Competitively priced but it is always good to ring around. Staff very helpful, competent and efficient. Only had one issue which was not of their making. Parts needed had to be sourced via Euro Parts.This took a lot longer than expected. The work completed was excellent and would definitely recommend them for all your motoring needs.

Fantastic service !! I took my car in for a suspected rear wheel bearing noise. The technicians determined it wasn't the bearing and found the brake shoe was mis-seated. They deburred the shoe edges and eased up the springs. They did all that quickly and then informed me that there was no charge. Way to go - thanks a million guys.

Staff were very polite and appeared to know what they were doing. All in all a very good experience. I used the same KwikFit last year and can say they are first class. This is an update on last year's review. I followed the same procedure as above and received the same quality of service as I had the year before. Went into my local KwikFit on a Friday lunchtime to see if they could replace blown headlight bulbs. They were clearly busy, but after a relatively short wait, the manager himself went out to check my car, grabbed some bulbs and fixed them immediately. I needed 3 bulbs (I only had one side light and no headlights working), and the total cost was £40, which was a lot less than I expected. All round, a very positive experience.

Took my BMW in for 2 new rear tyres and a tyre alignment check. Received a call back saying I needed tyre alignment done badly which I paid for. As I had completely refitted front suspension and completely replaced drive train myself it made sense that nothing was aligned properly. Upon collection of the car I had a leak in one of my tyres which I returned promptly and had refitted with no issues. Very helpful in giving me tips on things I can do to improve my emmisions ready for my MOT next month. Can't fault them for the service provided.

Would advise anyone to use the yate branch instead of the chipping Sodbury branch. The staff in yate branch are much better. But I would not recommend kwik fit as they're overpriced and not as good as they present themselves to be.

I felt that my concerns were thoroughly checked, I was charged a fair price for fixing them, they also noticed I needed a windscreen wiper and offered to do that too, as well as topping up my screenwash! Better than having a husband, I'd say!
