Omg, the best service ever!!! I have been to lots of garages by now and nobody is so good, fast and great priced as they are. I had a problem that 4 mechanics before could not find what it is, changed other parts that didn't need to be changed and the terrible noise was still there. This garage fixed it in 2 h from confirmation call! And their price was absolutely great! It's not first time i get things done at this garage and it definitely won't be the last. They are great every time! Could not recommend enough!:)

Our new local garage when moving to Nailsea - we have had services and MOTs through them and they have always been professional, thorough and have excellent customer service. My recent service they spotted a factory error on the car and gave me excellent advice to make sure I took my car to be paid for by the manufacturers losing themselves business in the process. Absolutely above and beyond and I would recommend this garage to anyone - always fair on price and keep you in the loop on everything they are doing. Thank you to Fran and the team for a great experience and we will continue to use them for any car services, MOTs and repairs.

My wing mirror had arm had been partially forced out from the door. Stopped off on spec to get some advice. I was immediately met by Fran (warm and friendly) who came to have a look. She then asked Jamie to stop what he was doing (working on another vehicle) and to see if he could remedy my mirror. Within twenty minutes he had fixed it. Service above and beyond, thank you.

Had a problem with my v6 Audi A3, Rob found the issue fixed the issue and went through a few more bits to make sure all was well with the engine. The work is top notch no problems at all the price is very reasonable too and I just want to mention that I have had problems with previous garages however Rob at longlife is extremely honest and knows exactly what he is talking about, I can not rate these people highly enough

Took my ageing Mercedes SLK here as the exhaust was hanging off. Got it fully repaired at an absolute fraction of the price Mercedes would have charged. Quality workmanship and very friendly, helpful and honest staff. I will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends 👍🏾

Excellent service and kind friendly staff. My car windows got stuck down in the rain, the lovely chap fitted me in immediately, was very cheerful and friendly despite me adding to his work on a Saturday afternoon. He fixed my windows with their computer and wouldn’t even take payment for the time. I’ve never been to that garage before and I’m astonished by their generosity, I thought it was a great service when I was paying for it! I will be sure to pay this kindness forward- thank you!

Moved to Somerset from Yorkshire in December and not long after had a problem with my car . Engine management light came on and it started running sluggish . Took it to a local garage and after diagnostics found out it needed spark plugs and an air filter . It's a Toyota aygo so only has 3 cylinders so only 3 plugs . The bill came to just short of £150 . MOT ran out on my car today so not wanting to get robbed blind again checked Google reviews of the other local garages , and Longlife came up trumps . My car just went straight through it's MOT with just a few advisories . What I'm most impressed with is Longlife could have said these job's need doing ( two were advisories on it's last test ) and I'd have said fair enough , get them done . But they didn't , they were honest enough to say the work it needs isn't serious enough yet to warrant failing the MOT and gave me a pass certificate . I can't recommend this garage highly enough , and from now on will use them for repairs and future MOT's and will recommend them to everyone I know around here .

Two things in life we all need to find; 1, a good doctor our own age to get old with us and, 2, a trustworthy garage who won't screw you over. These guys are the best and have been looking after my cars for years now. Friendly and genuine people, never take you for a ride and do top notch work.

Driving my 91 year old mum home in her car on Sunday and stopped in at Clevedon garage for fuel and couldn't get the car to start again.Just about to call the AA when a man asked if he could help (sorry i didn't get your name)He went home to pick up a jump starter pack and came back and got us up and running also telling me how to repair it ,he would not take any payment .It turns out he is the owner of the Longlife garage in Nailsea my mum and i would like to thank you so much for your help today it was very much appreciated a really genuine and very nice man who i will be taking my cars to in the future. Mechanics are all helpful and friendly, take time to do a proper job and always help when I have a 'car emergency ', eg when my hub caps would NOT go on. Always take my car there out of choice, for just about everything!
