Great place. After so many years of being fleeced by the main dealer. Mill Lane were a breath of fresh air. Diagnosed the issue with my Mini quickly, with great communication and honesty. Paid price as quoted (considerably cheaper than BMW garage), and work was completed quickly and efficiently. Will be back for service and MOT, my main dealer days are done with.

If you want your bmw looked after then these are the guys. I drive from clevedon to get my 1er serviced and mot'd and every time I am there they take the time to tell me any problems and how to rectify them. I always have silly questions for them and they still take time to explain things to me. I can't fault them atall. Being your cherished bmw here.

Can’t believe there is a genuine bmw/mini specialist on our doorstep. Used main dealer for years and for nothing more than overpriced costs and a posh lounge to sit in. These guys are honest, legit and know their stuff. They even have free coffee!

Don't normally post reviews. This garage was fantastic. Great communication from start to finish. They fixed my niggling problem the following day, diagnosed it on day one. They dealt with my warranty company effectively. I had the car mot tested also as I thought its in the garage anyway. Great job, great service. My car is back on the road.

Such a great garage to take your bmw too. Took to dealership many of times with little problems and just for servicing, just always seemed to have problems. But after taking it to mill lane they are really helpful to go the extra mile to show you any problems or just to look for something you think there might be. BMW & MINI SPECIALISTS had an issue with my 1 series BMW, took the car in with an intermittent battery fault, very knowledgeable guys talked me what they were going to do and hope to achieve, had regular updates, full BMW diagnostics for fault, and new battery and registration, the car was ready, great work very impressed with there professionalism, can't recommend these guys enough, thank you and keep up the great work.

Great service from a super friendly team. The team really know their stuff when it comes to MINIs - they diagnosed and repaired an oil leak from the Turbo Oil Feed pipes and also fitted uprated parts I'd sourced as well as completing preventative repairs to gaskets that would have otherwise cost 3 hours+ labour to get to again ie. they've saved me money in the long run. I also asked them to do a walnut blast and they showed me the before and after pictures - car now feels more responsive and less hesitant. Really chuffed to have found these guys and will be bringing my Cooper S back for any future work without a moments hesitation. Highly recommended.
