We had our caravan fully serviced here and the overall service received was brilliant. I dealt with Dan who was very friendly and helpful, plenty of knowledge and advice which was really helpful for me. The service was carried out and advisory's sorted by Dan keeping in regular contact. Prices were fair and I will be using North Road caravans for the foreseeable future.

Great service. I took our retro 1996 camplet in . The electric fridge & sink had stopped working. It appeared that a call out electrician to fix our lights had wired it wrong & melted the parts which could of caused a fire. The team were fine to keep the camplet for a few weeks & fix it at a fair price. I have faith that they have done a thorough & most importantly a safe job of replacing parts & wiring correctly. You can buy safety so it seems. I'm endebted to them for doing a propper job. 5 stars+. Highly recommended. Peace of mind at a reasonable price.👍

North Road Caravans have carried out several repairs on my caravan, including remedial work for damp penetration, an electrical problem with the heating/hot water boiler and a failed fridge. In each case the work has been carried out professionally and to a high standard. Chris and Dan go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and I thoroughly recommend their services.

Great service, friendly, knowledgeable and good prices. Serviced my caravan a couple of times now, and completed some extra jobs. Great workmanship as shown by how they replaced an extractor fan with a new light. Look at how well they cut the nearby wood to make it fit and then added trim to make it look as if it was intended. Highly recommend

We had a gas leak in our motorhome and received an excellent service from Dan and Chris who were very patient when we had a nightmare journey to get to them. Very friendly and helpful. Repaired awning rail following a scrape, fixed heater and resolved minor issue with water pump. It’s the little things that make the difference though... they printed off a set of instructions for the heater for me (highlighting the important bits) and washed the caravan! Would recommend.

Must be one of the best caravan/motorhome service centres in the south west. Both Dan&Chris were 2 of the frindliest and helpfull people I dealt with when I had damp problems in my motorhome. They put my mind at ease and after examining the damp,explained exactly what was involved in repairing it. They did a brilliant job and managed to keep the costs down to a minimum. I would definitly use them again and give them a totally deserved 5 stars. Thank you lads....very highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to find this excellent repair business whilst motor homing in the South Gloucestershire area. We had a major problem with our boiler to which other local companies had recommended a replacement. On investigating Dan found that the boiler elements had blown. Rather than replacing the boiler he sourced 2 elements (not an easy job!) removed and stripped the boiler down replacing both elements saving around 70% on the cost of a new boiler. How refreshing it is to find a business that still has the experience and skills to diagnose a complex problem and then to get it fixed quickly and cost effectively. We have since returned to have a problem regarding the microswitch in our tap and this too was fixed within the day. Both Dan and Chris are very customer focused and we cannot recommend this company high enough.

These guys are amazing! Their creative problem-solving saved me a small fortune by fixing my grill and roller blind. They even reblackened my front bumper for me. I can't recommend them highly enough, I'll definitely be taking my van there again 😃
