Neil & his team are really helpful & provide excellent service. They helped me out a couple of weeks ago when the valve on my tyre broke & now they’ve just serviced my car. Will definitely be using them again.

I got my tyres changed here a few months ago. Service was quick and the customer service was great. Fast forward a couple of months when we kept getting lost tyre pressure. Booked in quickly, and the culprit was a split alloy. The advice, time and recommendations of what to do next was incredible. I felt taken care of and highly recommend this team of trusted professionals.

Great experience, Neil was extremely helpful after being let down by another garage who's website said they were open and even their premium partner believed but were actually closed. Within about 40 mins of asking Neil called back and got the car in and fitted for a similar price.

Good customer facing staff. However, the level of expertise is lacking a bit and they are more into ford type cars. If your vehicle has any computer they will not be able to reset it after servicing.

Quick Lane in Portishead. What a great little garage! I have never come across such great customer service. Professional, friendly and amazing customer service provided by a great team of guys. Thank you to all the guys at Quick Lane for the fantastic customer service. Last week I was pumping up my tyres at the garage across the road and one of the tyres burst. I visited Quick Lane for the first time to see if they could help as I could not move my car of the forecourt. They dropped tools & assessed the damage straight away. Unfortunately I needed a new tyre but I must say it was value for money to replace & I am delighted with the first class service. Nothing was too much trouble & they were so happy to help. In Portishead for family reasons, and on the way back from Southmead Hospital, the car suddenly started to lose power, with an amber warning light on the dashboard. Took my car to Quick Lane Garage on the Thursday, where they gave it thorough examination. The part required wouldn't arrive until Tuesday morning, so they very kindly let me have a courtesy car to see me over the weekend. Once the part arrived, the car was first on the list for repair. Neil and the team were great, it's a busy garage, but they couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely 5 star treatment, Great work Guys!

Following a recommendation from a colleague, I went in my lunch break to make an appointment for someone to take a look at the 'rattling' exhaust on my car, Neil was very professional and helpful, he got the guys to have a look at it straight away and sorted out the problem (they showed me and explained what was wrong with it and managed to get a part straight away to fit that afternoon, at a very good price. And as my MOT was due also he sorted that out in the same afternoon. Pleased to say it passed and the advisories where explained aswell and they gave recommendations on what to do next. Neil called the next day to check everything was ok and that I was happy with the Service. I have to say its a new experience for me, to say that I actually enjoyed being at a Garage! Thanks Neil and Team! I will be happy to return! Highly recommend!

Definitely went beyond the call of duty. I found a screw buried in my tyre which was half-down and leaking air. This was just before closing on a Saturday morning: despite that, the guys here took the car and mended the puncture - all with a smile. Saved me a shedload of problems.Note that they are now called Quick Lane Portishead.
