Can’t recommend highly enough! Came here after I failed an MOT at a big car repair company who were so rude and tried to upsell me a lot of things I didn’t need. As a young woman in her early 20s, going to get my MOT done is a bit daunting as a lot of garages treat you awfully. Not roundway! Richard was amazing, messaged me a video of the issue on my car, gave me pretty spot on price quotes over the phone and had my car back to me within a few hours. He also ran through my advisories and sorted out an issue with my washer fluid and replaced a tyre for me. Will be coming here again for any car problems. If anyone is really worried about how they’re going to get treated at a car garage, go to roundway and you’re in safe hands. Thank you again to everyone involved!! So happy to have my car sorted out

Really great friendly service! Ali, my service guy is really nice. He's done my MOT several times and I really trust him! He's given me 'money saving' advice about repairing or replacing parts, rather than just doing the job and charging you whatever. Once I even stopped him in the street when he was on his way home and he helped me fill up the window cleaning fluid container. This is what I call community spirit. We need to keep him in business.

In over 13 years of driving, this is by far one of the best garages I've been to. I've left my Toyota in twice for servicing and MOT; on both occasions, the prices have been incredibly fair and the mechanics super-polite. They have years of repair experience behind them, and really know their stuff. During the second service I had, a permanent fix was made to my windscreen wiper mechanism which other garages failed to sort (for just a few quid extra). Enough said. Can't recommend Roundway highly enough. Update: It's 2021, and I'm still using Roundway. Rather than take the car back in to check a service light issue today, they provided instructions over the phone, saving me time and money. Again, can't recommend highly enough.

As a new driver, the service I received yesterday was welcoming & informative. I came in with a number of issues including a puncture and a flat battery. The staff worked hard to isolate the issue, explain what was my options were, change my tire in a couple of minutes (and charged me a really fair price). Would recommend to friends and family! 10/10

The garage had a look at my car at very late notice. Had a problem that was resolved quickly and professionally. Really great service and would be more than happy to recommend!

Very impressed by my experience with this garage, very friendly and professional staff that explained the problem in simple terms, showing me exactly what had gone wrong and why. They then had no bias when advising me whether to ask them to fix it, made me feel like an equal even though my knowledge of the problem was very limited. All in all an amazing experience and an amazing garage, I would trust them with my car any day.

This just happened today and we were so happy with the service I came straight here to post a review. My partner noticed a little bit of play in the accelerator pedal and noticed the throttle cable was a bit loose. We moved to St Pauls not too long ago and the garage is very close so we called and they said to bring it in. She turned up and showed Dave the problem. Despite clearly being very busy, he fixed it in two minutes and then refused to charge her! He explained the issue, got her to turn the car on afterwards and check the revs to make sure everything was ok and was brilliant throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Went there for the first time today for a full service, spoke to Rich and he offered a good deal without VAT. He spotted a rattle noise the back rear of the car which he called and offer to fix for additional money. I was happy to proceed as it would allow the car to run more smoothly and not fail an MOT test. The 5 star is for the really good customer service skills Richard had, I was very impressed by his friendly approach. I just hope the work done is 5 star too!

I had a problem with the ABS on my 3 series BMW. Dick Lovett BMW in Bristol quoted me £2300 to sort, these guys did it for £200. Need I say more? Amazing, fast, friendly service and incredibly knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Cant have better things to say about these guys. We broke down on the m5 from plymouth, got towed to our hotel and rung these guys on the off chance that they can help. They immediately collected the car, very friendly and reassuring. Kept us in the loop the entire time, even offered to collect our luggage when we checked out until the car was ready so we didnt have to carry it around town. Fantastic service. Fingers crossed we arent in the same situation but would highly recommend them!!
