My daughter had the engine management light coming on intermittently on her polo. We had tried at another garage to diagnose the issue, but to no avail. Took it to Vee W Services and they found and remedied the problem and she has not had any issues since. I would definitely recommend this garage as our experience has been fantastic.

This was a brilliant experience. I visited Vee W Services for an oil service on my VW Golf GTE and was slightly apprehensive because I would usually go to the dealership. However, I had begun to find the Bristol dealership to be very poor in terms of customer service and thought I might take a chance. I needn’t have worried because the customer service here was great. All VW approved parts used and as soon as I clicked on my VW Connect app it had updated to tell me that the service had been done and informing me when the next one will be due. Brilliant!

Had a fuel injector replaced here a number of weeks ago. Excellent service at the time, was impressed as this was a difficult job to diagnose. However, this week had a major diesel leak, losing me practically a full tank. Not to mention the safety issues. A Greene flag road side assister showed me that the rail across the injectors had not been put back correctly. This was a 2 second job to fix, by pushing it back in. However, the engine needed cleaning and I felt as if I should have the fuel paid for. So I took it back and after initial resistance, the engine was steam cleaned and I was given cash to pay for the fuel. So this is why I have been fair and given a three star review. The work was done badly, but was corrected well.

I have been with VW services for many years now. They are friendly helpful professionals. They never rip you off, they go the extra mile, and do an excellent job every time. I changed to them years ago because another garage scratched my van and denied it. But I had photos of before it went in. I travel quite away from where I live to Vw Services and its the best move I ever made regarding my van. Great work great guys ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you love your vehicle your love this place .

Took my Scirocco in to Vee W to fix an engine misfire issue and for a minor service several weeks ago, I had to wait just over a week to take the car in which was understandable due to it being the height of holiday season. A few hours after I dropped the car off I received a phone call from them saying that they’d carried out a service and offered to change the ignition coil packs and spark plugs in order to fix the misfire issue. They also listed several other issues which they’d picked up on with the car (one of which I was already aware of but didn’t tell them about), and quoted me prices before offering to carry out the work required over the next couple of days which I opted for. The whole time they had the car they updated me regularly on the progress of the work over the phone, and were also happy to update me when I called them. After returning the car I am very satisfied with the results as the misfire issue has (touchwood) been resolved and the car is running noticeably smoother than before and the steering feels tighter. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service I received at a reasonable price, and will be using this garage again in future.

Took my VW passat to activate cruise control and to look into an electrical fault if there’s time. Fault seemed to be more complicated so they printed me the relevant electrical drawing. Price was reasonable. I would recommend them. I’ve been asked to take the car earlier in the morning instead of 11am. But still it was ready by 2pm. They are very busy.

Took my t4 in for a clutch change and other various minor issues. They’ve done a cracking job and delighted with how the van drives now. Thanks and will return.

Have taken my car to Vee W for a little while now. They do good quality work and are completely fair in their dealings. Customer service is of a very high standard. I've never been unhappy with their work. The garage is some distance from me but I make a particular effort to go to them because I trust them.

Used these guys twice now, first for an AC coolant charge and now for a full service and MOT. Honestly having dealt with main dealers for the past three years this is the best service out of the lot. Main dealers basically just cleaned the outside of the car, changed oil and ignored the filters; In effect an expensive car wash. These guys changed the filters, checked the brakes for me, did a wheel alignment check and picked up on subtle issues I knew of but previously similar things went unnoticed at the main dealer. All this at nearly half the price of the main dealer. Thanks for the good work, will be back.

I took my Passat to Vee W after taking it to three other garages who couldn't help me with the issues my car had. Within half an hour of dropping the car off I had a phone call to explain the issues found and cost. I was really pleased with this particularly because the explanation was really detailed and I could tell there was no overselling. Whilst in the garage, they regularly called to explain progress. Generally, I was really happy with this service and will be using them again.

Took my car for the first time as I'm fed up with the main dealer as they are out of town, you have to wait nearly a month for a service and the prices have become absolutely ridiculous . They are Audi Specialist (VW, Skoda) centre using all genuine parts. They are walking distance to town and have done a great job on my car. They Identified a couple of issues during the service which were communicated immediately and fixed same day. Very reasonable on price and great customer service. I have no issue recommending my work switch our fleet servicing to Vee W.

Had communication issues trying to get my car booked in (was offered a couple of callbacks which I never received). On hearing of this they were quick to resolve the issue and provided a satisfactory explanation. Communication problems notwithstanding this is a good garage if a little expensive . Have been an on & off customer for years - VWS the absolute best - superb service and reasonable costs - always accommodate (have dug both my O/H and Dad out of a hole before and both equally pleased - especially in comparison to main dealer quotes) took my Seat there today with amongst other things iffy handling - fixed rear wheel alignment and now handles way better than it ever has before - cannot recommend more highly. (Parts reasonable too)

Recently had my VW Eos repaired with Vee W and can't rate them highly enough! Fantastic customer service and communication from Dave and top quality work done by an Eos specialist means not only is my car now water tight but my folding roof works perfectly. Also after getting the timing belt and water pump changed, I had a Quantum Remap done and the results are excellent. Well done Vee W Services you've got a customer for life!

We stay at the local caravan club site at Baltic wharf and had a problem with out T5 campervan. Despite not having an appointment the guys managed to fit us in, get the requisite part and get us back on the road within the day. We then had the van serviced there on our annual visits and every time they looked after us well, carrying out the work to agreed timescales and costs, even calling us to make sure that the replacement starter motor needed was ok to fit. Highly recommend to any VW owner in the area - they could teach the main agents a thing or two about customer service.

What can I say a cut above the rest. I have had an ongoing situation with my car for about 3 yrs (no fault of Vee W Services by the way.) and they have been so patient and so understanding it's unbelievable, in fact my Mrs...made them all cupcakes as we were very stressed out before with a supplier who basically conned me. Refreshingly honest! These guys repaired my EOS convertible roof after I replaced the broken motor. They clearly know their stuff as within an hour of having the vehicle they had diagnosed a secondary fault and repaired the issue; something other mechanics couldn't!! They are incredibly reasonably priced and as I say very honest; they could have easily mislead me regarding the issue and charged me more as a result!
