I don't normally leave reviews but after having a negative experience with a previous company I had used to carry out my annual MOT last year, I decided to give Whitehouse MOT centre a try. They are very local and convenient. I dropped the car off this morning 13/04/2022 at 8AM and handed the key over. Had a quick chat about what was required and set off to work. I was already aware that there may be some issues that could affect the MOT and was concerned that this would cause the vehicle to fail, however, I received a call an hour later to say the car had passed albeit with some advisories (yay!). When I went to collect the car I ran through the advisories with the technician and all seemed to be in line with what I had already thought would need replacing soon. The point here is that when you hand your car over for an MOT you are essentially 'at the mercy' of a garage in that if it fails you will be stuck with an inevitable bill in order to make the car road legal again. Trust is a big part of it and in this case I was heartened by the fact Whitehouse did not just fail the car on the items in question on the basis they would make some money on the repairs. It is for this reason I would recommend them and use them again the future. They did not needlessly fail the car and for that reason I rate them as a trust worthy company. This is a huge part of the process trying to find a company you trust to carry out work that is essential, rather than because it supplements their income. Overall they were also polite and helpful and able to fit me in at short notice. Thoroughly recommended.

Update: Took my car for service and MOT and they did a fantastic job like before! Very professional service with very reasonable prices! Cannot recommend them enough. Found and chose Whitehouse MOT Centre based on their happy customers' feedback and didn't get disappointed! They are professional, friendly and reliable people who know their job and save you a lot of money. They are passionate with what they do. They do a great job on explaining what is wrong with your car and how it can be fixed and talked you through every detail. I am very happy with the service and the price. Cannot recommend them enough! Will definitely use them again and again!
