Andrew is such a lovely guy! Would never go elsewhere for my car now. He always explains what he's doing, is friendly and likes a chat, excellent value for money and trustworthy, but most of all doesn't talk down to you (which I've had in so many other places)! Would definitely recommend.

Really great service- my exhaust came loose on the way home- dropped the car off at 15:30 and Andrew was able to squeeze me in and replace the clamp by 17:20! Great guy and charged a really fair price- I’ll be back when the next thing falls off!

I've known Andy for years, good friend ,amazing mechanic!! Does all repairs, and servicing for our cars. The work is always spot on , great price. Top bloke who looks after your car as if it were his own. One of the last real mechanics!!

This is a different review. I don’t know this man and in hindsight when I was driving I used to take my car across the road and if I had that hindsight would have taken to Alexander autos . I just moved into the area and had issues with my pushbike and the guy called Moody who I now know is the owner fixed my bike free of charge . He went out of his way to do me this service . Can’t really add to that in all fairness only not many Mechanics like that around . I do know he has been in the area for years and it’s evident on the service he gives why he has been There for years . I will be advising friends that he’s worth a punt …

Used this garage for a number of years no and can't fault the work or the service. Andrew gives good, honest advice and will let you know up front what the costs are. I would not take my car anywhere else to be honest.

Andrew is my GOTO guy when it comes to mechanics, honest, reliable, accurate and with realistic rates, always with a friendly smile and attitude. Don't judge the man by the size of his garage (it is tiny) He can pull off the most amazing tasks in there.
