went here to have a fair bit of work done on my fiat Punto. had brakes, steering bushings done, timing belt and water pump change. My car was very well looked after and was very clean inside. I think the price i paid was a little bit too high but they are specialist after all. after driving my car for the first time in two weeks I was driving down the link road and was seeing smoke coming the back of my car. I felt the wheel and tyre and they were close to being on fire I quickly called yapps and they told me to bring the car back down, they informed me it was my handbrake calliper that has failed. but in all fair ness after telling them about my bill they decided not to charge me for the labour but for the part which I was happy about. The service manager was top class with me and this represents good customer service. Neil the service manager was very helpful and a big help in sorting this problem out.

Just picked up a Fiat with incomplete paperwork. Could see that it had been looked after by Alpha & Yapps. Rang them to see if it had had it's cam belt done. The woman on the phone was really helpful, had the info on the system and was able confirm when they did it. Very professional service. Thank you!

I thought I should write a review for Jeff and the team as I've been taking my car and my van there for a few years now. Also, I've just picked my van back up from them to yet another zero charge bill. I've been to quite a few other garages in Cardiff and I've always had a slightly unsettled feeling, usually because I've either found the owner abrupt or reticent or because they don't seem to be interested or have any pride in the work they're doing. Unfortunately for them, I like to talk about any work I'm having done. I'm interested in my van (actually, I love it) and I want the person that's working on it to appreciate that fact. Additionally, If I take my van or car in for work and it comes back with an issue then I don't expect the garage to instantly go on the defensive and deny responsibility. At Alpha Yapps, it's the opposite, they always find time to fix the small things for me, if they miss something, they accept responsibility and rectify it quickly. A couple of times I've been in and there's been no charge for certain things. They've sent out breakdown cars for me and provided a courtesy car when required. I trust their work and I like their employees! Absolutely recommend them.

Great honest service, was told my tyres needed changing by a different garage, after ordering tyres and fitting service via blackcircles at Alpha and Yapps. Told my tyres still had many more miles in them and I'd be changing too prematurely saving me money...for now. You don't get honest service like this often. Thank you.

I seldom do reviews but the service I received today is worthy of a positive review. Yapps garage have people working there (Mechanics excellent as were the service staff) you can talk to and care about the customer. They fitted me in between jobs to sort out a fluid leak. I know where to take my recently acquired Alfa Spider in future for servicing etc. Many thanks to Yapps for a great service.

Alpha Yapps regularly MOT and service my Skoda. The staff are friendly and skilled. Costwise the garage provides good honest value with a workmanship guarantee that I have never had cause to use. Having enjoyed problem free motoring for many years now I heartily recommend this Garage.

Previously in the motor trade for 18 years and therefore I wouldn't even contemplate paying dealer or specialist dealer prices. That said, Alfa Yapps are very competitive on pricing and more so, very customer service friendly. You only pay local garage prices for a specialist repair. Have used these guys twice in the last 2 months and will definitely be using again for work on my Alfa. Thanks to all at Alfa Yapps.

Excellent services at Yapp's garage, staff are very knowledgeable. Yapp's are superb, you get second to none customer service, this is what you can expect from a family run dealership that knows how to treat customers. The staff at Yapos are always happy to help been taking my car to Yapps for years, after having a bad experience at another garage Yapps reaffirmed my faith that not all car mechanics/ garages try to rip you off. We now take all of our cars to Yapps for services, all repairs and M.O.Ts regardless of the make of car. A dealership and car garage you can truly trust.

Slashed car tyre on Saturday morning after accidentally clipping the curb. Crawled the car to a couple of garages, who could only help on Monday, but when we finally got to Alpha and Yapps they managed to order and fit the tyre within a couple of hours. Also spotted bulb was out when moving the car. Brilliant service!

I have been using Alfa and Yapps garage for MOTs, services and ad hoc repairs on my Alfa Romeo 147 and Guilietta for over 6 years. I have found them to very reliable and trust worthy. They are certainly not the cheapest garage out there but they are generally friendly, informative, knowledgeable, work to within their estimated timescales and use genuine parts. I feel my cars have lasted well because of their expertise.

This is one of the garages I use regularly. Professional and knowlegable staff. Only issue I ever had was with a faulty alternator which they replaced without question.

Went there on a Monday morning as someone had hit my wing mirror off the day before. They had a look at it, let me know how much it would cost and did the repair there and then. Excellent service!
