I've had many vehicles (all german) and have been to many 'specialists' but CIVS is by far the most customer centric and honest ive been to. They know their stuff and is way ahead of the competition including VW itself..Had my last few MOT'S there and most recently had full service, cam , pump and belts change on my T6 and all at a very reasonable price.. found my go to garage at last!!

Fantastic price given when went for the quote was the price paid. They put it on the computer to see what was wrong with the car free of charge and there was no pressure to return to them for the work to be done. Work was completed to a high standard and service was very efficient had the car back the next day.

100% 5 star service. I took my car there after a series of warning lights appeared on my dash board. Philip managed to squeeze me in and carried out a diagnostics test and he was able to tell me what needed to be done within minutes. The part that needs to be replaced was very expensive so he wrote down the part number and told me to go and look on ebay or somewhere and then they would fit it for me at a later date. They didn't charge me for the diagnostic test - very kind, helpful and generous people. Would definitely recommend using Cardiff Independent VW Service. Thank you!

I called yesterday with an oil warning issue on my Polo. They didn't have any spaces but said bring it down and they'll take a look. Found it was a sensor connection issue. They fixed it, topped up my oil and water and sent me on my way within 10 mins. Didn't ask for any money. These guys are brilliant, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The team at CIVS are professional, polite and welcoming. They do an amazing job, using only genuine parts so for that reason i'd highly recommend this MOT & servicing centre, located on Penarth rd, Cardiff. The only negative i will point out, once the job is complete vehicles are parked in a tight parking area, where there is a chance of paint being scratched/ damaged. If the team consider this point, it'll be brilliant.

Great service provided by CIVS. Managed to accommodate me by moving my booking and adding extra jobs, wasn't an issue for them. They broke down all the work and told me exactly what was done to the car and even gave it a clean! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had my cambelt changed with CIVS today and I couldn’t recommend them more. They’re professional, reliable & go out of their way to help where they can. The owner was kind enough to take us to the Cardiff bay and back whilst the cambelt was being changed, which was very kind. We’re very pleased with CIVS and will definitely be going back for any work that needs to be done with my car.

Great service and price for replacing the thermostat coupling and waterpump on my Audi S3.

Check engine light came on. Without needing an appointment, CIVS used a laptop to read the fault details and were able resolve the fault just by unplugging and replugging a connection that had come loose. No fee was charged for these services - compare that with Sinclair who want £60 just to plug the laptop in! I will definitely be using CIVS for my next service & MOT.

Taken my fabia a couple of times here. It can be cheaper to use a local back street garage although here you are guaranteed good work and genuine parts,also cheaper than the dealers. They also gave my car a clean!
