Gary at Citywide has looked after my cars, my husband's car and my parents' cars for years now. I have always had EXCELLENT service and they will ALWAYS go out of their way to help out wherever they possibly can. They explain the work that needs doing clearly and none of us have ever felt we have been taken for a ride by them. When Gary tells me some work needs doing, I know it really needs doing and he will do it for the best price he possibly can. I know from experience from other family members and friends that not all garages are like this! I trust them implicitly and will never take my car anywhere else to have any work done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Simon and his Team at Citywide have been brilliant to me and my housemate over the last five years. Every car we have taken to them has been repaired to an extremely high standard but at the best cost available in Cardiff. My friends now also take their cars there, and have never been let down. They have never once scammed me, and are more than happy to quote before carrying out the job (a quote that's usually a lot less than expected!) and they turn around repairs very quickly. I am about to have my MOT and ABS sensors sorted out by them and hope they keep trading! (Also booking with them has been 100% more efficient now that "Laura" is working there!) Thanks
