Excellent. I needed advice on the engine and gearbox of our Renault Kadjar. The garage gave a very quick appointment. After a trial run and other tests they advised me on the state of the car. Since no work was actually required for the time being they made no charge at all. I pointed out that they must have spent a good time on the vehicle but they would not accept any payment even though I was not an existing customer. What a pleasant surprise in these times.

Excellent garage, very knowledgeable and great service. Always willing to help, recently saved me a very large repair bill for an engine oil leak that was originally fixed by Peugeot under warranty but reoccurred, dealer claimed it was not the same leak so they would not honour the gurantee. European encouraged me to pursue the matter further with the Peugeot dealer and even rang them to offer their expert opinion, net result is the dealer are now rectifying the issue without cost to me. Can’t thank European enough. Also, they may be Citroen and Peugeot specialists and do a great job maintaining my Wife’s Peugeot but they have also managed to keep my ancient Toyota going for many years so don’t be out off going there if you have other makes of car.

Two weeks ago , I had few lights come up on my dashboard, abs etc , and went for diagnostic to a well known garage they claim to be expert of everything but turns out they were completely opposite. Been told that it’s relay to the abs and funny enough they spend two hours finding the relay lol. Than I told the guy leave the car I’ll sort it out. I asked one of my friend and he told me to go the European Auto services they’re the real expert of French cars especially. I was a bit hesitant but went there spoke to the owner and he was extremely straight forward and told me to leave the car and I’ll call back , within two hours they sort out the entire thing and called my friend to come pick the car I couldn’t believe how quick they done it , I’ll call these guys true experts and the prices are very well affordable for everyone. Important note why I said expert because he found out the real issue was not the abs relay it was wiring that causing the issue. Absolute legend. Highly recommended look no further if you don’t want to waste your time and money these guys are highly qualified. Car runs amazing it’s been two weeks and no issue at all . Thank you ever so much especially to the owner as he was the one I spoke to . Top notch service 👏🏻👏🏻

On the brink of scrapping my car and after a huge amount of stress I came across this garage! Background: After my air suspension broke.. I had a spring conversion carried out at another garage, and 'reprogramming' carried out by a freelance 'auto electrician' at a cost of a few hundred pounds.. Only to be told on collection that my car had now developed multiple faults due to an "abs pump failing!!" (a new bill of over £1000)😭 No parking brake, no speedo, no gearbox, braking fault, abs/esr fault.. ! I rang around atleast 15 local garages and attented a few--only to be told either they 'didn't have time, can't get anything on the computer, haven't got the equipment, didn't know where to start or it would cost me endlessly to explore' !! I even got the car booked in and recovered to a garage only to be told an hour later they've decided they don't want to look at it!! Two helpful garages on the long list that I contacted, recommended this 'European auto garage'... And I'm glad they did! As soon as I mentioned the faults, the guy I spoke with was confident and clearly knowledgeable about these cars! I booked in, and on the day, he easily recalled everything I'd explained and explained what he was going to do. He called me to let me know the diagnostic wasn't communicating with the abs.. But he did not believe this was due to an abs pump like I'd been told, he believed it would be damage to the wiring leading to the abs.. He was open and told me it would cost £180 Including the diagnostic charge to explore and repair the wiring. He even assured me he wouldn't charge if he was wrong and it did turn out to be something else!! Low and behold within hours my car was fully repaired!! Not a warning in sight! Even the invoice was detailed and thorough and he was happy to answer any questions I had. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my troublesome French cars needs🤭

Getting my car serviced here is a great experience. They are very helpful and friendly and i can trust that my car is in good hands! Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Any Citroën owner will tell you that half the work of owning one is building up a knowledge of good mechanics. They're amazing cars but need regular attention: either by being driven, or financially. European Autos is definitely one to keep in mind if you have any French car (or indeed any car) as they really know their stuff, their repairs last, their advice is honest and unbiased, and their costs are extremely reasonable. I've advised a few Citroën owners on various forums to visit the team at European Autos, and continue to do so as the service I receive there is exactly what you want from a mechanic. I trust the advice I get there absolutely, as his reputation is so well deserved. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Used them for years. Started with the first Citroen I had and still using them now for my Mondeo. Go and see Joe the proprietor and he will look after you. Always get what you need. He will tell you straight. There will be always be something that takes time to get to the bottom of. But you will always get good advice what to do. Then its up to you, what You want You to do.

This garage advertises Peugeot and Citroen specialism, but they were happy to take on my Renault Clio. They fitted me in for an MOT the next day, and even though needed some medium level repairs, they fixed it the same day, and charged me a most reasonable rate. They were straight talking, efficient, and even fixed my radio, without mentioning it, or charging me a penny! Will certainly use them again. Trusted mechanics.

Awesome service and efficency! Got my father's 206 clutch repaired here after recommendation from a work collegue. I rang them to arrange a date and they collected the same day from his house, towing the car. I was shocked when calling them that day to get an estimate of time, expecting usual "day to order" the parts etc etc, to find they were refitting the gearbox having done the work. Wow speedy! Collected next day and they stuck exactly to the price quoted to me on the phone. Great service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.
