This was the company appointed to fix my car after the bodywork was damaged in accident. They have been professional throughout, the work is of a very high standard and they even cleaned my car inside and out for when I picked it up. Jade was a great help throughout, keeping in touch with me and organising the replacement of wheel nuts that had been stolen from my front wheel which the mechanics noted and pointed out to me when they picked my car up to take it to be fixed. Amazing service, would highly recommend.

My much valued old Jaguar needed some rusty metal cut out, replaced, and painted. They did this perfectly. Following a parking scrape (not my fault!), within minutes of me reporting the claim to my insurers on a Friday, First Choice rang me to arrange an assessment of the damage the same day. We agreed they would collect my car from my home the following Tuesday and I collected the repaired car on the Thursday. I'm delighted with the quality of the repair, especially as the car has pearlescent paint which can be hard to match. Also First Choice kept me fully informed of progress and were completely professional at all times. They previously repaired my wife's car and the service they gave was to the same high standard. My car was damaged by someone reversing into it; smashing my tail light, breaking my bumper and damaging my wheel arch. My car was sent into 1st choice and I can happily say I’m so pleased, the car looks good as new, as if no damage ever occurred. After an accident, my LV car insurance arranged for my car to be removed from the road and brought straight here, and then for car hire from Enterprise opposite so I could get home. It was my first accident so I was in shock and unsure of the process but the staff were amazing and made me feel at ease. The car took a few weeks to repair but I was kept informed and the car eventually came back as good as new, and all my things were where I'd left them in the car. Hopefully I won't have to use their services again, but if I do, I know that it will be in good hands.

Fantastic service from First Choice. The collection service and delivery service was great. I had constant updates from the team. Roll forward two months and I noticed a small issue. I called the office and they were straight on to it. I have recently had my car repaired with First Choice and the service from start to finish was excellent. Fantastic service, had some minor damage rectified through my insurer done here. Both passenger doors scratched and a dented front wing on 2018 mazda 3, with "snowflake white" pearlescent paint. Car was collected, repaired and valeted in 4 days. Staff are courteous, polite and friendly. Got a full printout of all work done with costs and got told the work has a 5 year warranty. The guys at 1st Choice recently did some work on my car. When I got home and washed my car I wasn't happy with a small area to where the work was carried out. I didn't even need to contact them because within a week of having my car back they gave me a courtesy call to see if I was happy with the work. Cannot fault the quality of work, as no sign of the damage (dents in side panel and wheel arch). 1st Choice Accident Repair Centre was the repair garage my vehicle was referred to by my insurance company following a non-fault collision involving my Audi A4. My car has been fitted with genuine Audi parts, I have received a fully professional service, great communication throughout and provided with a brand new 18 plate courtesy car whilst my vehicle was off the road. They have turned the repair around and I am back on the road in a week! 5* service from Esure and 1st Choice!

We recently, took my wife’s car to the 1st Choice garage in Cardiff to have her car assessed for damage because a woman had reversed her car into the front of my wife’s car, while my wife’s car was parked. A gentleman by the name of Sion assessed my wife’s car for damage. During the assessment Sion explained and shown us the amount damage, which was done to the front and inside of my wife’s car. So, my wife contacted her insurance company to explain that she had taken her car to be assessed for damage at 1st Choice garage. The 1st Choice garage staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They offered my wife a courtesy car. But my wife declined because the family were able to take my wife to and from work. Sion was very courteous and professional throughout the whole process and kept my wife informed. They even arranged to collect my wife’s car and returned her car when it was repaired. We would strongly recommend the 1st Choice garage to anybody. They were courteous, helpful and professional and thorough, during the whole process. Please keep up the excellent work that you are all doing at the 1st Choice garage.

I have to say, whilst the repair to my Jaguar took a long time, nearly 13 weeks in total, none of it was 1st Choice's fault, the standard of work is superb, infact in the 30 years I have been driving and had to use repair shops occasionally, I have never had a car back to the standard that this came back on Friday. Bearing in mind the extent of the repair, the car is perfect, you would never know it had work and it drives perfectly too, I had to drive nearly 200 miles today without incident, it never missed a beat .. I am so pleased I can't recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for the standard and quality of the repair and will definitely use the again from a minor scuffs to full blown repair - although I hope that never happens again!!!

I was sent to First Choice Accident repair centre following a non-fault accident. I had used the garage previously so was confident that works would be done quickly but of a good standard. However, when they took the car apart they found previous poor repairs behind the bumper. As a result, my insurance company would not approve for the work to be completed and issued a cash payment as an alternative. I felt incredibly upset as the only repairs done to that part of the car we’re done over 5 years previously by Lookers garage in Cardiff approved by Admiral (again in a non-fault accident) Unbeknown to me, the headlight and bumper was secured together with CABLE TIES!! Yes, Cable ties!! As soon as I was notified, I went straight to the garage as I wanted to see for myself. I contacted Admiral (who was my insurance company at the time) and Auxillis who appproved the works as Lookers in Cardiff have closed down. I also contacted Lookers in England to try to track down the engineer who had approved the works. I received no reply. To cut a long story short, they disputed that the repairs were not done by them and implied that I had repairs done to the car myself, which is not true. They refused to send out an engineer to inspect the work and personally I cannot believe that with their reputation at stake, I couldn’t understand why they refused to go out and not look at the car themselves. I sent them pictures but again they refused to accept liability. Admiral were useless and kept passing the blame to Auxillis. Auxillis were even worse and passed the blame to Lookers garage. I received no correspondence from Lookers. I also felt let down by current insurance provider essure, who took the easy way out by providing a cheque instead of doing the right thing and fighting and investigating previous garage. While washing their hands with me and my case, they stand there dismissing poor works. If we all did that in the world then nothing would change. With their status they had weighting and power to support me as a customer to rectify the issues but furthermore insurance that this never happened again. Shaun at First choice accident repair, who is one of the owners, was amazing. He believed that I was telling the truth and went over and above his call of duty to try and contact Lookers in an attempt to get them to assess the situation. Unfortunately they refused to come out and view the poor disrepairs and I was forced to have to pay for the works to be completed. Shaun and his team provided constant reassurance and did a lovely job in repairing my car. He even, at his loss, reduced the price of parts and labour so that I could afford to pay for the repairs. Something I will eternally be grateful for. It has been the worst experience of my life, knowing that I have been driving around with the front of my car being held together with cable ties and I was none of the wiser. Naturally as a result of finding this out, I was anxious about the repairs being done and was worried I was going to ripped off or treated like a mug but I have to say first choice accident repair were incredible and whilst I hope I don’t have to use their services again (in a nice way) if I ever needed to, I know 100% that they would do all they could to do a good job!
