Love this place. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and answer any questions you may have. When I took my car for a full service and MOT they sent me a video of the highlights and what was wrong before they started any work on it. They have a seated area where you can wait for the repairs to be carried out and will only carry out work that is actually needed. Would definitely recomend.

I have taken my cars to in n out for… I have taken my cars to in n out for very many years. They are efficient reliable and very friendly. We had a problem with our brakes just before we were going to Cornwall on holiday. Mat was very helpful and bent over backwards to fit us in at the very last minute. All mechanics are helpful. I have recommended in n out to all my family and friends. They are honest and trustworthy everything they do is transparent and even send videos. Well done Mat and his team at the Cardiff centre.

AMAZING service , great repairs . I just recently had my car MOTd with Cardiff In n Out garage yesterday and it was a great service. Easy and cheap to book online, greeted by friendly staff and a comfortable and clean waiting room with free WiFi and hot drinks machine. I was a bit skeptical about using a company I found via Google as I usually go to my local garage who I’ve been using for years, but needed my MOT ASAP. I would definitely use In n Out again.

As usual the people at Cardiff In’n’Out were fab. I usually use them for MOT and service but I called on Monday to say my orange engine light was on and the car was booked in for 9:30 am next day. By 10:15 I’d been given a call to explain what was wrong and given an estimate price for the repair as well as an estimate time. It took around the time they said and turned out cheaper than the estimate! What I like is the honest straightforward advice, the work done is always thorough and of a high standard, you pay for what needs doing only (unlike some garages who charge you for just stepping inside reception!!) and the man at reception is always polite and friendly and makes time to explain even when they’re busy - which is most times I’ve been there. I’ll keep using them for all that needs doing to my car. Can’t fault them at all. Thank you.

Have used IN'n'OUT for a few years now and recently took my wife's car in at VERY short notice to look into a worrying engine noise. Diagnosed and rectified in an hour and a half, and I had a nice cuppa on a comfy seat. Have always experienced a friendly and helpful service at Culverhouse.

Great service today by these guys again for the second year. Prompt start time, free coffee machine and free WiFi while you have the option to sit in the seating area, giving you the option to drive away once it's complete instead of having to 'come back when it's done', which to me can be quite annoying if there isn't anywhere to sit or it's raining. You also have the option to watch the guys work on your car within the seating area which is also a bonus and means nothing is hidden. Steve on the desk gave great customer service and was very informative, making sure everything was explained. Will definitely use these guys again.

This is the second year in a row, that i have booked my mot and servicing (with FREE valeting) with in n out. I am a widow and was often ripped off(so my son told me) with other garages (charging for work that didn't need to be done). I am totally happy with the prompt and professional service i receive each time i go there. everything is explained and I'm updated regularly. The waiting area was clean and tidy, had an array of up to date magazines to read. Free WiFi and coffee machine. Toilet facilities were very clean too.

Haved used the Cardiff branch for number years for 2 cars per year. Most recent 9/10/18 for service on a Golf. Pros: Good service and polite helpful staff. Quick MOT and full service (about an hour). Comfortable waiting room and Wi-fi. Reasonable price. Cons: Booked in for MOT/service but cancelled day before so had to rearrange work with MOT just running out (normally receive a reminder its due from In'n'Out but not this time). Used 2nd part of Platinum Family Plan which says includes 2x Wheel Alignment, didn't receive the 2nd ( noticed when checking invoice later in evening). So I could phone back,rearrange car to go back but means reschedule work etc. Just too much hassle and should have been done anyway. Also they have always given the car a bit of a clean,but must have stopped this part of service now. Wife not happy so wants to change service centre (this seems more important to her than mechanical side🙄) So will check out some local garages closer to home for next service/MOT's. The following info from In'n'Out will be the standard "We appreciate your feedback,We take pride etc,etc" Always makes me have a good old chuckle 😂🤣😂🤣😉
