The valve on one of my tyres broke when topping up with air at the petrol station, so I took it down to Kwik Fit. They were able to squeeze me in straight away to have a look at it, and repaired it within half an hour. Not to mention they topped all other tyres up with air for me too. Absolutely amazing service and would never hesitate to go back with future car issues!

Everytime I leave happy and super impressed. After a recent visit, I purposely asked for the regional mangers email address to ensure he was aware of the great levels of service this branch are giving to its customers…..(I’d like to highlight that this is something I would not typically do either). L. T.Came here this morning as I had a flat battery so needed a replacement. I came here at exactly 0830 when they open so a few people were waiting. The service was fast and efficient with the price clearly labelled before any work was carried out. The technician replaced my battery almost straight away so I didn’t need to wait long. The only problem with this garage is lack of car-parking as it’s on a main road with double yellows.

N.Fantastic center, recently had a pair of rear tyres fitted to my vehicle with another tyre company who damaged my wheels leaving scratches over them which cost a lot of money to fix, this time round I needed two front tyres. After explaining this to the person in reception he assured me and told me I was more than welcome to watch them fitting the tyres. The tyres were fitted proffesionaly and I was asked to inspect the alloys prior to fitting them back on the car. Very pleased with the polite service I recieved and thank them for being so accommodating. I will be using them again next time, decent prices and trustworthy Thanks.

We needed our car to be fixed -asap- as we had an emergency meeting and at the last minute, it gave us an issue. Jordan and Josh rushed and helped us on the spot. Literally did their very best and everything went great as it could turn horibly wrong.

A. F.I took my car back for its MOT for the second year as they were amazing the first year. I decided that this year I would throw in a service too. I could not have asked for better. There was a lot of work to be done and it was expensive (this was mostly due to BMW parts) but it was done fast and the guys did everything they could to get the job done as cheap as possible and throw in some extras. I also got some free advice on speed bumps. Thank you guys brilliant customer service, so friendly and knowledgeable. See you next year. Hopefully not before!

I have asked him a question about my steering and he spent ages checking the car and questioning me on driving. He said that I could bring the car in straight away, which I did. I waited for the repair and Tyler gave me my options. It was really refreshing to find a company that did not push the most expensive product. I watched from the waiting room whilst they replaced the tyre. They did a really professional job, including cleaning up the corrosion. The price was also very fair.
Whilst waiting a number of other customers came in and were all treated in a most friendly and helpful way and they went the extra mile with all of them.

J.I'm a fairly frequent customer here, bringing my two children's cars here for new tyres, puncture repair, alignment, etc. There's always a pleasant welcome, and the work is done to a high standard. In particular, they're better than some at balancing the wheels after fitting new tyres so that there is no unpleasant vibration during driving. Recently they fixed a problem (repeated illumination of the tyre pressure warning light) that must have been introduced by the main dealer fitting a front tyre that wasn't similar enough to the other front tyre while the vehicle was in for service and repair. I'm therefore a very relieved, as well as happy, customer of this Kwik Fit branch at present!

W. A.Extremely bad service. Phoned up last week to book an MOT I was told they could fit me in Saturday 915 turned up to find I wasnt booked in. Guy explained that it was my lucky day ( even thought I had an appointment) and there 915 was late so they would be down as a no show and I could have the appointment as I was early, then they arrived and I had to rebook, extremely bad service, wont be using these again.

A. L.Waw! How wonderful the staff are here. I randomly went to this Kwik Fit garage, as my car was not feeling safe on the road and there was a warning light to check the tyre pressure. (My car had just been fitted with a new tyre by another garage). After I explained the situation and that the car was new to me, Keith, one of the workers, quickly stepped in and checked the pressure for me and corrected the pressure free of charge. He also told me the correct tyre pressure for the car and explained how to use some of the computer features in the car relating to tyre pressure. Travelling will certainly be safer now, thanks to Keith.

H. C.I visited Kwik-fit Cowbridge Road this morning to get my rear tyres replaced for my Mercedes (W204), without booking. Tyler helped me all the way from the beginning to the end. I originally wanted to keep the same brand/model of tyres but they were not cheap. Then Tyler offered me an alternative option which was more affordable and still Mercedes Original marked, also with wheel alignment service with extra charge with discount. After talking through what is going to be done, he offered me a cup of hot chocolate which I loved, and I was invited to see the service (tyre replacement / wheel alignment) being done which I said yes because I enjoy watching mechanical work being done. Whilst working on it, Tyler explained several things about tyres which I didn't know before, his magic tips and tricks, and several other interesting things. Tyler took care of me all the way with his friendly smile and his amazing attitude toward his work and customers, until I got out of the door of the shop.
Because of his service I'll definitely visit the shop again in the future.
