Helped me out when I got ripped off with a dodgy car I bought off line!! gave me one of his, off the forecourt for no charge!! (Didn’t have to help me at all) to help me get back and for to Work, this man and this business is extremely reliable very trustworthy unlike some garages I’ve been to!!! L.Great Service called in the morning to see if they were able to MOT my 33yr old Yamaha Virago" mot had expired due to being sorn for the winter so had to book it in to ride it down the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and polite booked me in for 12 noon arrived early but had no problem got strait to it waited in the viewing area !! the man had only 1 issue and that was the headlight was too low he made a small adjustment and "It Passed" not bad for an oldie
L.Have used New Sandon Garage for many years and it is a fantastic garage. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. They explain the issue in simple terms (helpful for me) and get it fixed as quickly as possible and at a very reasonable price. A bit shout out to Cory who helped me with my latest issue and was amazing!

You don't get the marble, glass and free coffee of a main dealer but that doesn't affect the professionalism or quality of their service. Because of this I will come back here next year when it's due again.

We were travelling from Cardiff after a holiday when we hit a pothole in the city centre which snapped the suspension spring. We couldn't drive the 150 miles home and the AA would only tow us 50 miles.
We luckily stumbled upon this garage behind kwikfit. The guy stopped his work to look at the damage straight away, managed to find the part from a supplier in half an hour and stayed after closing on a Saturday afternoon to fit it because we were stuck. All for a fair and honest price.
