Amazing prices, friendly staff, top quality work. People need to shout about these kind of garages more, so that’s what I’m doing and I don’t do this often. Just to put into perspective, they repaired my girlfriends polo for £49. She originally took it to Halfords and they wanted £450 (disgusting scammers) Now we are over the moon with how much money we have saved and the problem is gone. This garage will be my future garage for as long as they are in business. I highly recommend.

Fantastic quality of service and at a good price. I've used these guys for my older VW T4 because they have so much experience with them, and I've used them for my newer polo; which they've always been able to sort. Can't fault them. I had them recommended by a friend when my VW Polo was acting up. They identified and fixed my problem within the hour and charged me a reasonable price. Friendly staff - I'll definitely come back for future services.

Whilst on holiday in Cardiff the alternator belt shred and slip off our VW Polo GT and the battery couldn't charge so the car was kaput after the battery lost charge. We got in touch with Phil and the team and in 1 afternoon they fitted the new belt, but (and this is key) also fixed the cause of the fault which was a faulty pulley. Cost was very reasonable and Phil took the time to show me the faulty parts and talk me through the work. Very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

I showed up at 8:30 to have a full audi service. I was met by Phil, who I found to be a very friendly and pleasant man. It was all done by 1:30. And at £250 for a full service it's a bargain. I felt like I was leaving my car in very compitant hands. Will definitely be using NG motors from now on. 👍13/09/17

Honestly couldn't have asked more of this place. Very happy. I will definitely be back. My car needed some work to pass the MOT and the people here were very friendly and informative without being patronising. They showed me the old parts which had been replaced and spent a few minutes discussing some of my other queries about the car.

Cardiff's most established independent Audi specialists. Excellent, prompt & friendly service, charging £250 for a full Audi servicing. Only criticism is that they don't offer a courtesy car. Highly recommended, only bad past experiences with Cardiff Audi.

I think this is the 4th time I have used NG Motors for my '99 plate TT. They are specialists in VW and Audi and have proved to be Much cheaper than going to Audi themselves. This time around there was something wrong with a windscreen wiper, the engine was over running and my indicators were getting stuck on. Engine problem was fixed with a temperature sending square, a new hazard warning switch was needed to fix the indicator problem and the windscreen wipers were fixed by a simple tightening of the wiper arm. Now, the reason I am so impressed is because any other garage would have said the wiper motor needed replacing and charged me £180. This is the most honest garage I have come across and I will be going back time and time again for my TT. They even fixed my stereo cover which kept sticking and they didnt charge me for it or mention it. But I noticed, and its this difference which leads me to believe they actually care about my car.

Friendly and professional. Its clearly a busy garage as theres always a collection of cars outside! The work undertaken (replacement of a leaking washer jet) was less than half the cost of the seat dealer. I will be returning for my annual service!
