Visited Nate today and have nothing but positive things to say. He's a very talented tuner who is happy to share his wealth of knowledge at any depth you understand. He has a seriously impressive portfolio of experience which he gained over the last 10+ years that meant my car left there completely transformed with a true custom PE map. Will recommend!

Highly recommend performance engineering. Nate came highly recommended to me by loads of my friends who have had work done by him. Back in November my Mercedes a180 had a custom remap done and the car has driven amazing ever since definitely how it should have come from the factory. Today I’ve been back down there to have a full gearbox service done and as expected he’s done a cracking job on that too. Would recommend him to anyone.

Deciding to Re Map my Pride and Joy was a decision I was nervous about. Its an old car, a 2006 E90 335i, and after doing a quick search, it seems there's a lot of of companies out there who promise excellent results, but after speaking with a number of them, I started coming to the conclusion that this market was littered with companies that who's professionalism was at very best questionable. Then someone recommended Performance Engineering. As they were fairly local to me, I decided to pop in and speak to them. My questions were superbly answered by a gentleman called Nathan, and for the first time, this man was genuinely concerned with my vehicles' health prior to him working on it. He didn't just give me answers that I wanted to hear, and extensively checked my car over prior to doing anything. He sent me away to sort a couple of things out, and booked me in for the following week. Well I've used the car for about 3 months since, and wow. He has completely transformed my car, and unlike other "mapped" cars I've driven with very peaky power outputs, this cars power comes in early, and with the torque curve remaining as flat as a pint of night club lager all the way to the redline, giving excellent flexibility, outrageous performance, and tractability. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to extract more reliable power from their car. Thanks guys

Would highly recommend Performance Engineering. It took me a while to find someone who I trusted enough to work on my vehicle, but I took the recommendation of others to go with Nate and I'm so glad I did! Fantastic customer service, genuinely nice guy who took the time to talk me through everything he was doing which filled me with confidence, and managed to resolve an issue with my car from a poor remap the previous owner had put on there. End result was I left with amazing performance from my M140i. Keep up the good work Nate.

Couldn't reccomend Nate enough, have been to him a few times now with my MK7 Golf R, he knows these cars inside and out and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car! Nathan is a top guy and its clear that he really knows his stuff. Went to him today for a remap on my daily driver, a VW Jetta 1.9 PD TDI. He really took his time refining the tune and didn't stop until he was happy. He even took the time to talk me through everything he was doing which I really appreciated. Took my Golf GTi in today. Have to say Nate was an absolute star. A really easy guy to get on with, and clearly really knows his stuff. Due to my clutch being a bit suspect it took longer than expected, but Nate wasn't happy to let the car go until he was happy it was all working as it should. I own a BMW 235i, after taking me my car to indigo racing last year 2017 to have a remap done ,they caused a fault on my ECU, i had to have it replaced by BMW . I still wanted my car remapped but i was very cautious as to who i could trust in doing it right. So my brother told me about PE & after speaking to nate a few times, i booked my car in November 2018 True to his word, i had my car back & after being advised to run the car on higher grade petrol he did the dyno run in front of me. My car runs smoother, more responsive than before but if you put in sports mode & put your foot down, all hell breaks loose. (390bhp , 454 lbs of torque) of it. Im very happy & recommend him fully, tidy guy, tidy, work & price. Thank you. 😊Adrian Taylor.
