Excellent service. I contacted the garage by telephone on Thursday as my car's battery had been flat on two occasions since the start of the year. I was able to take it in on Monday morning. The diagnosis was that it needed a new battery and the job was completed within two hours. I also use the garage for my car's annual service and have always been very pleased both with the standard of the work carried out and the friendliness of the staff. I strongly recommend the Three Arches Garage.

Took my car in this morning as my exhaust was loud. Hadn't booked in or told them that I was coming, but they saw my car straight away, found the issue, and resolved it within a couple hours. Customer service was great, ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly! Will definitely use these again! PS.. If you're waiting for a job to be done, there's a lovely cafe about a 5 minute walk away called 'Coffee Plus'

Electrics went haywire after I had front and rear cameras removed recently. Problem sorted by Three Arches Garage. Staff polite and well turned out and owner is an old school gentleman. I would definitely recommend them and seriously consider using them for servicing, MOT's and repairs in the future even though it would mean traveling a distance of 5 miles or so!

A genuine garage you can trust. Really nice people who go out of their way to ensure your vehicle gets the service or work you've requested. Fitted my timing belt and water pump before I drove to Spain, and adjusted the steering geometry to cure tyre wear. 6000 miles since it was done and tyres show no sign of wear. Great job and I was very impressed with the cost, will definitely be a regular customer now. This was 6 or so months ago, was impressed so just had them carry out a full service. Very thorough job done, everything checked and reported on, also had brake fluid changed. Great service and very reasonable prices.

My car broke down couple streets away. I had travelled from Neath to collect my children from school. A little frantic, panicking with 3 children in tow, late to a Gymnastic drop off due to the above, I walked into the ThreeArches. I found the staff so welcoming, helpful and understanding of my situation. After 5 minutes calming down the manager called for a worker to accompany me back to the car with his "toolkit". My car was started and back to working order in no time......this was all free of charge of which I am extremely appreciative of the garage and this goodwill gesture. I have had my car serviced and MOT at the Three Arches Garage for the past couple of years, and also use the garage regularly for petrol. An ageing Car, like its owner, requires patient/gentle handling, to that extent, I have found the Team at Three Arches, throughly professional, in delivering a quality service with a smile from front desk to technicians. I have also found them to be, considerate and accommodating no matter how small the task, such as tyre pressure check and my most recent visit, change of indicator bulbs. I would definitely recommend them for all stress free motoring needs!

Excellent service . My car booked in to check tyre within 24 hours of gentleman at the garage stating could see a nail in tyre . Luckily only repair needed at low cost of £21 pound and I had my tyre repaired within an hour .

Had MOT & Full Service, including a Tyre repair. All services completed exactly requested and sound advice given from mechanic. Decent prices with no extra repairs or charges. Only neg was the comms could have been better regarding how the service was progressing (left wondering what was happening from early morning until nearly closing time. Could have been an issue if needed to travel there from another location!). Would recommend a text or something to say when work starting and estimated to finish, then a further alert when complete. Other than that, all good and no issues!

Three Arches Services are a really caring company. They have looked after my mothers car since she moved to the area 5 years ago. She has stopped driving now and they took her ancient vehicle at a fair prices despite the fact that there was more rust than bodywork! But their service did not stop there. My mum continued to buzz down there on her mobility scooter for essential items from the shop. On one occasion, she ran out of charge. They took her home by car, brought the scooter back and put it on charge for her. This is a place that goes above and beyond to help people out. Thank you very much. John

This is a family business which has been running for many years.The mechanics are highly skilled and prices are very reasonable. They will send you a reminder of when your car us next due it's mot and service. They also offer a courtesy cardiff and also good quality used cars on site. They have a shop and fuel pumps and a waiting area if you want To wait for your car.

These guys are amazing. I scraped the bottom of my car over a friend's drive locally and spotted a liquid leaking from underneath. Drove over and asked for help. Peter (proprietor) went out of his way to get my car on the lift and check. Luckily we found nothing wrong and the liquid was condensed water coming from air con unit. He wouldn't even take payment. I can't recommend them enough and will definetly be bringing the car in for its first MOT when it's due. Thank you again Peter if you ever read this

My first visit to Three Arches yesterday and they'll now be my first choice garage. I received absolutely amazing service here. Staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My van had been with another garage for a week to repair an issue, customer service was poor, no courtesy car and after a week they gave my van back unrepaired!! Three Arches had my van in for 2 hours and repaired it whilst I had the luxury of a courtesy car. 5 star experience and I'll definitely be recommending this garage.
