Had a dash cam fitted today. Tim and the staff were really helpful and said it would take about 2 to 2 half hours to do. So I went for a walk on the taff trail and had a call just over two hours later to say it was all done. When i turned up they had done a fantastic job with all the wires hidden and they set up and talked through the settings which was good to know. They also said any problems to just give them call which is nice to know. Could definitely recommend them 👍

I have changed my mind about this place because I had a faulty dash cam and I have a disabled lady who I am a carer for and uplands radio came out to me and checked the dash cam for me

Initial views were OK given that I'd asked them to fit a dash cam, but given that they hadn't indicated how long the work would take and I had no way of getting around other than on foot I had 2 hours to kill. Even when the job was completed it was more a case of you pay your money and goodbye with no consideration as to whether it fitted what was required. It wasnt bought from them admittedly but they were aware of the model, but not even the briefest run through of how it worked/features even though I'd made it clear I was a novice.

10 out of 10 for service,advise, products and workmanship gave me exactly what i wanted and not what they wanted to give me he took time to explain all the products that i wanted then went through everything afterwards, cant see any cables at all a really neat job professional job and highly recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves and their vehicles to new radio cameras extra. You wont be disappointed

Friendly professional guys with lots of knowledge. Advised and given options on what I wanted. When I agreed on what I liked, I was booked in for the work at a later date that was convenient for me. Everyone was polite from start to finish. And when work was complete, I was given an in depth demonstration on how to use the equipment I had installed. Seat covers and floor mats used by the guys working inside the car to keep it clean and protected. Would highly recommend. Cheer guys

I went here on Thursday 6th August and my radio was fitted Friday 7th. The staff are so helpful and informative. They did a fantastic job fitting it and gave me a tutorial on how to use, which I've already forgot, it does so much. They did say any problems or questions just pop in or phone, which I felt they meant. They might just regret saying too 😁 highly recommend.

Had a Kenwood DNX5180DABS Head unit fitted to my Audi A4. A really neat job, took next to no time to get the job done. All finished off with a good and comprehensive demo of how it works. Really pleased with the service. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Only went here for a rca converter and ended up getting twin 12 inch sub installed, received nothing but top service and honesty. The gentleman at the counter was more than helpful with his advise and didn't throw the most expensive unit at me for a quick sale, but talked through my options for my requirements. The two fitters had my rca converter and sub all wired up within the hour (it's a 14 plate fiesta zs so not the easiest install) all neat and tidy and all wires hidden. They even found some bank notes in my dash they left on my seat and didn't take. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone and everyone, great prices, great kits and great service. I look forward to returning to get my door speakers upgraded.

My son wasted 3 weeks messing around with Halfords waiting for parts and trying to get appropriate weekend time slot with qualified staff to fit. Went to Uplands Car Radio, Cardiff on spec. Got great car DAB radio / CD / bluetooth etc upgrade. Great friendly service. All parts and fittings in stock. Job done the same afternoon and for very similar price. Impressed.

Did a cracking job of fitting my van with an AV receiver. The fitter spent time going through the operation of it all before I left. The sound is amazing compared to the original factory fitted version. I'll be going back for a subwoofer once I've saved some money. Well happy.
