Very impressed with BKT who went the extra mile to assist me as my car was flat-batteried, and they came to my house, jump started it and then took it to the workshop for service & MOT, then returned it to me. My previous dealer just cannot offer that level of service. BKT were also much more competitively priced than the original dealer. I've never used an independent garage before, but this was a very positive experience and my partner is also interested in their services now :-)

Never used BKT before, but they came up when Google'ing local garages to my Wife's work. My wife had problems with the underside of her car following all the snow on the raods, and was getting stuck on back-roads that morning because of it. I rang up BKT that morning and they squeezed her in last-minute without fuss. She dropped her car off and got a call a little while later to say it was ready to collect. Very reasonable bill and great service. We will definitely be using them again, and plan to now use them for future servicing and MOT as well. Thank you BKT

Was told by another garage that my wife’s car needed a new cam belt, this is a 10 year old car with 45k on the clock, quoted £800 + vat, took it to BKT for second opinion, they said it might just need a tensioner adjusted, all done £200. Sons car failed an mot with another garage, headlight mount was broken quoted £250 for a new one to be fitted. BKT said it might be repairable, 5 minutes later all fixed and passed an mot. This is a garage with real mechanics who will look at job and give you a choice, repair or replace its then up to you knowing how much or how little you use the car. Friendly, polite and willing to help plus pricing is very good. Highly recommended.

BEST GARAGE EVER!! I HAVE TO SAY THIS IS THE BEST GARAGE I HAVE EVER USED. FOR A WOMAN ON THEIR OWN IT IS PERFECT AS THE TEAM ARE HONEST.
