Great service and really helpful. Managed several fixes on my Rollerteam Motorhome in a very professional way. We're also able to track down parts I thought were no longer available. Pricing was excellent too, will definitely use again in the future.

Usual great service from Scott! He even let me leave my van there for a few days when I couldn't get down to pick it up. Seriously, if you need any work doing on a caravan or motor home, or just need some advice, get in touch. I've no connection - just a very happy customer!

Interesting park but a little on the small side for a dog walk. Also, there are no public toilets which is a bit disappointing with small children. The tennis courts and skate park look good but the children's play equipment is sparse. It's a short walk to the coffee shops in the town centre though so that was nice.

Scott is a very helpful and professional technician, he'll do the odd small job that needs doing that you didn't mention, trim, screws, tightening hinges etc.... a wealth of knowledge.... and a gent... 👍

Very helpful and curtious, nothing is too much trouble attitude, I have recommended Scott and his team on numerous occasions and every time they have delivered the same high quality service to my friends as they have done for me.

My opinion of this caravan servicing place couldn't be more different from the other review. I recently bought a Mazda Bongo campervan and through lack of knowledge of electricals, managed to flatten the battery a couple of times. I took the Bongo to Caravan Care Services, Ardleigh, and the mechanic replaced the leisure battery and also took the time to go through all the workings of the zig unit and the batteries with me so I understood how it all worked and now can avoid flattening the battery. He also tested the other battery and the mains unit for me which was not even something I had asked him to do.
I felt he went above and beyond what was required and I came away feeling I wasn't such a campervan novice anymore.
Also from a female perspective, I find it nowhere near as intimidating as many garages can be.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this place and feel I trust them to do a good job at a reasonable price.

I have used Caravan Care Services for at least ten years for my Motorhome servicing and cannot praise them highly enough. They are efficient, knowledgeable, highly skilled, reliable and great value. Another aspect that raises Caravan Care Services above their rivals is they do the work on the time they say they will. This is important to us as since I had a stroke I am unable to drive, so my wife is our only driver. All the other companies in the same business expect us to leave our Elldis and return when they say it is ready, as we live in the countryside with just the one diver this entails the added expense of two taxi trips. Caravan Care Services do the work while we wait even staying in the Motorhome.

Top service, Scott always goes above and beyond. A pleasure to deal with genuine company. Highly recommended.

I can not possibly agree with Ms Starling. When I owned a Timberland Motorhome until recently which suffered from a mal functioning Thetford fridge which would have killed us with carbon monoxide but for the alarm on three occasions. The vehicle was still under warranty and after five times returning to Timberland and two new fridges from Thetford when both companies refused to investigate further for the cause I went in desperation to Caravan Care. The engineer carried out a thorough investigation, found carbon monoxide in the top lockers coming from the fridge exhaust which neither of the other two companies checked despite the warranty. The engineer took time to remove and bench run the fridge which was found to work perfectly and thanks to his thorough and conscientious attitude towards his job and the care of the customer,he found that the fridge had not been fitted correctly,ie being room sealed by the converter. This has resulted in similar faults with other Timberlands and the issue was reported to The Health and Safety Executive by Caravan Care for me.This detailed and thorough work was not expensive. There is a danger of carbon monoxide poisoning if the appliance is not fitted correctly and I am happy to congratulate Caravan Care and Adam in particular in locating this problem and potential killer when both Timberland and Thetford washed there hands.Thank you.
