C. C.They provide a great service, and can mostly fix the issue there and then. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a ramp with railings, which is good for someone who struggles to climb stairs. There's also the range nearby, so you can have a wonder in there while you wait. They do have a couple of chairs you can wait too. They provide good pricing on mots. Definitely recommend.
S. S.I have used MOT-a-CAR from about 1990! Have always had my cars MOT tested here. I used to work on the Cowdray centre site many years ago.
They used to be just an MOT test centre with a few other services. Even thou they have moved across to a bigger buiding and give additional services, they still remain my go to test centre.
Since retiring recently and moving to the coast, I still have the car tested here.
Although I can still service the car myself and do minor repairs, they have always been honest and professional about any work that needs doing.
I believe trust should be paid with loyalty.

K.I started using MOT a car a few years ago and am always really impressed. The online booking system is very simple and the MOT is always a quick, efficient process. I get my car serviced by a family friend prior to the MOT and this company never flags up any fake problems as I have seen described elsewhere with other companies. I highly recommend! Very trustworthy.

a. c.110% satisfied with the service I received from these guys, I went to another garage for my MOT who told me my Cat Con had gone and tried to charge me £705 for repair it and a couple of other things, managed to get my car to these guys who retested my car to find my cat con was fine and managed to fix the other problems for £110 plus the MOT. I was extremely disappointed to hear that someone is being so petty as to blame them for damage to their vehicle when I went to collect my car today. I've know of them for a couple of years now and never heard a bad word but also never had any problems with the service from them, they are always honest and try to keep the cost as low as possible. I fully recommend to anyone. In fact a few people have said they are going to change from their regular garage to these guys after hearing about my recent experience.
S.Brought my car in to have the windscreen mechanism repaired, having sourced a spare one as the previous mechanic had told me it.was knackered. As they couldn't get me a new one as soon as promised I took it to MOT A CAR. Thanks goodness I did ! It was a fuse, they sorted quickly for half the price and have since had my faith restored in mechanics. 😂😂 They've gained a faithful customer !
