L. Y.Utterly fantastic service. Paul fitted me in at short notice and managed to get my car back to me earlier than expected (and in much better condition than when I brought it in!)
Helpful, friendly, professional, polite and efficient- I couldn’t have asked for a better service.
I am so pleased with the results of my car and the speed in which it was done. Unfortunately I am prone to bumping and scraping my car but I’m pleased to have at last found a repair shop that does the work well and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again!
p. s.Ok ,where do I start, my triumph stag went in for what I thought was just to put new wheel arches on, however it turned out to be a lot more involved than I thought, to say there was a lot of holes rust,would be an understatement, the car was at mottos garage for about two years , mainly due to the amount of work needed and of course COVID. The work carried out was extensive,lots of panels needed replacing and a lot of welding,all through the process I was kept informed and had regular updates. As you can see from the photos the car has turned out brilliant and I am so happy with the end result. I would at the drop of a hat recommend motts garage to anyone, the service was excellent throughout,well done and thankyou to all involved, a very satisfied customer pm Sutton.

B.Enquired regarding an urgent rear bumper repair/re-spray on my Focus - Within 48hrs of requesting a quote; Paul had contacted me, got the car booked in the next day, had the work carried out - to a high standard I may add AND had the car cleaned and delivered back to my workplace. All for a very reasonable price too.
Having worked in the motor trade myself for the past 13 years in various garages etc I can safely say it’s refreshing to receive such honest, efficient workmanship and professionalism from a local business.

Update. Visited Motts for a respray of roof and bonnet, filled in forms and left contact details following an inspection of my car, no contact from Motts!! Called them again to chase quote and still didn't get a reply - what's happened to the communication guys?
