Excellent service, I highly recommend them! I came to them asking for them to undertake specialist repair work on my car. Some other places turned me down but Richardson's worked with me to get me where I wanted. Their work is high quality, their staff are friendly and they always went the extra mile. They helped me greatly though out the repairs, giving me advice on the repairs I did and were honest and responsible about everything they did. The ultimate proof is the before and after pictures. EDIT: I have since had another accident. Richardson's have done another great job repairing my car. See the photos! EDIT: Another great job by Richardson's for me! Took my prized Mini to be upgraded. Roof sanded down for a union jack wrap across the road at Premier Signs (Another great company to use), liaised with them to get it all done on time. In-car entertainment, parking sensors, new exhaust, new aerial fitted, polished out some scratches, fitted new lights and blanking plates in front bumper. Service was amazing and she came back all clean and shiny! Price was reasonable and the job was so, so professional! Lots of care and attention, no flannel and gave me so great ideas. Suggested upgrades that I hadn't thought of and talked me out of some crazy ideas! They really are a true gem of a company and even do a service plan! So pleased to have found them! My Min-Min is in good hands!

Has to be one of the best garages, if not the best garage I ever took my car to. Such professionals with a can do attitude to every job. I honestly thought I would have had to go away and come back the next day to fix my car bumper which failed the MOT, but within a few minutes the car was looked at and it was booked in and fixed within half an hour. Best part was I had the best coffee while waiting and the work was way above my expectations. Really good family run business and would recommend to anyone.

I am not lost for words often but yesterday I was certainly left speechless. I've never come across a garage with more helpful, knowledgeable and kind employees. My car, Unknowingly to myself had some major problems. The team did their best to diagnose the problems in a timely manner and were honest throughout their investigations. They kept me well informed and gave me great guidance about what to do moving forward. They collectively spent a lot of time on my car but on collection refused to allow me to pay a penny as despite their efforts the initial problem couldn't be resolved. The guys (and girls!) at Graham Richardsons were fantastic. They booked the car in quickly and liaised with our insurance company on our behalf. Considering it is an older vehicle, they colour matched the paint job perfectly and it was so good, you would never had known that my husband had scraped and dented 3 sections of the car against a brick wall! I am really impressed with Richardsons! I am a student in the university who had knocked my exhaust out of place 250+ miles away from home and what I am used to... I rang up Richardsons in order to get it checked out late on a Friday only expecting to get myself booked in for later on in the next week however despite them being busy, the lovely lady on the phone felt my pain and squeezed me in last minute later on in the day! I took my car down the same day and to my surprise they managed to fix my car in under 5 minutes and did it for free, this helps out a lot as a student and I appreciate their service very much! Being a young girl I went into a panic about my car however the two ladies I dealt with (Julia and kim) really put me at ease and were so kind to me, felt like they really shared my worry! They really helped me out when I needed to get my car fixed quickly, with them going above and beyond with their customer service, especially the friendly reception staff. After an unfortunate accident with a Badger Richardson’s did a fantastic job of repairing the front of my car during lockdown as I am a key worker. They managed to source the parts and did a beautiful job with no fuss. It also became apparent that I had issues with my A/C which they managed to diagnose as a wiring loom issue and repaired this as well. I took my new car to the main dealers for a first service quotation and thought their quote to be a little on the costly side, so on a family recommendation I went to Graham Richardson for their quotation, Was I surprised when I was quoted exactly half the main dealers price for exactly the same work…..yes half price! I accepted Graham Richardson's quote, had the service carried out (having been provided with a curtesy car) and since then have never looked back! That was a couple of years ago and since then I have always felt I have been treated as a "special" customer. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble, their service and customer care is second to none. Friendly faces, professional skills and sensible prices make them exceptional…put your trust in them and you will see what I mean….never mind giving them five stars, they are six star quality throughout!!
