After speaking with Mark on the phone he kindly made time that suited me in the afternoon, as I was 50 miles away from home and I'd had the dreaded 'red padlock and steering wheel' warning light flag up on the dashboard of my 2008 320d e90 touring.
Both Mark and Steve gave me loads of confidence in their knowledge and experience with BMWs whilst I was there and they were able to diagnose my fault and resolve the issue. Appreciate I was fortunate in that this was something that could be cleared electronically. But moreover, they still took a good look over the car, diagnosed and cleared the fault, tested the car on the road and spent time with me explaining the root cause of the issue. Great level of service at a very reasonable price!
The end result being that I left their workshop this afternoon feeling confident I could return if I experienced any further issues, confident that they knew their stuff and confident in their pricing. It's hard to feel comfortable in a car garage for the fear of being overcharged for simple jobs. But these guys come highly recommended from me!

I have always received a helpful and friendly service along with very reasonable prices. Nothing has been too much trouble and I would recommend them to everyone.
K. B.Mark and the rest of the Tunes massive are awesome. I am not a habitual review writer - in fact I hate it - but I have had excellent service since they were recommended to me at least five years ago. Even though they were the most local "proper mechanics" to me, I had overlooked them thinking they just dealt with BMWs. They don't.
They have kept my posh pushbike - 2003 Nissan Micra - in tip top form since I have been going there with none of the money-generating BS you get from main dealerships. Excellent crew who are still rooted in common sense and manners. They have my recommendation for what its worth.
B. W.Garage was recommended after going to 2 other garages with either no fault found or BMW incorrectly quoting almost £3000. Turned out to be a much simpler fault which was correctly diagnosed and fixed for a tenth of the price. Great customer service. Accommodated my needs for a courtesy car in a rush. Mechanic knows his stuff about BMW's.
